Hotel Napa Suites

We went there to celebrate my birthday and it was a good choice for the hotel.
Firstly the lobby it's quite modern and spacious, then moving to the bedrooms, it was very fun when we realised how much the technology of the lights, ac, curtains was.

The only thing we did not like that much was the breakfast area in terms of atmosphere not in terms of food.

This hotel is amazing ! The Rooms are beautiful & high tec, lighting etc all at the touch of a button & beds are very comfortable ! It is clean & beautifully decorated throughout the whole hotel. Food is great, wide range of amazing cocktails & staff are very friendly & helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay in. The pool area is fabulous sun beds are so comfortable & has a lovely infinity pool too, not to mention the stunning views & sunsets ! If in Ayia Napa this is the hotel to stay in. Will definitely return.

Have stayed in the hotel for a few days with my friends after finding out about it from word of mouth. When we arrived, we were left pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and advanced tech of the room. The lighting alone is an experience itself! It was so good, my friends and I decided to shoot a video just for jokes! The bathroom was designed really comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The absolute best feature of the hotel is the rooftop with a massive infinity pool! The atmosphere on the rooftop was so inviting, playing really good music to accompany your view of the whole of Ayia Napa. Cocktails are made with taste and the food is also great! I had a vegetarian sandwich which was not on the menu but you can ask for it to be prepared. Location is great only a brisk walk to the clubs and centre of village. If you’re also a lover of Instagram worthy pics like myself, this is the place to take them!

Having never visited Ayia Napa before, we booked Napa Suites to enjoy its Adults Only accomodation. On arrival, I was pleased to see the hotel’s cleaniliness and decoration exceeded the pictures I’d seen online, the reception staff were smartly dressed, spoke good English and were very helpful. We waited for our room (it was prior to 2pm check in) upstairs at the pool bar and ordered lunch. I ordered the chicken skewers which were very tasty, and one of their delicious cocktails. Prices are reasonable as you would expect from a tourist resort area (under €10 for a cocktail). The pool area was very clean, tidy, and maintained.

Once given the room keys, the rooms were found very clean, fresh, airy and tidy. The decor is modern with luxurious touches here and there. Mini bar was stocked with various treats, all moderately priced. I had an issue with the AC during the night which was quickly rectified.

Due to the height of the season and therefore limited accomodation availability, we needed to move rooms mid-stay. They were unable to offer us an extension/late check out to prevent us having to pack up for a few hours before having to check back in. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate an early check in to our new room, but reception staff were very polite and explained the reasons for this (current occupants yet to check out/new occupants already check in etc).

We stayed in the Garden Suite with private pool, which was an absolute treat. Perfect for a group of friends and private pool party etc. However; as this room is no doubt used for this purpose often, the maintaince requirement was undoubtably much higher than the previous rooms we had stayed in. The towel rail was hanging loose from the bathroom wall, the shower seal didn’t work at all which flooded the floor, food had been spilled on the floor outdoors and missed by housekeeping, and the pool had quite a bit of debris in it. It’s to be expected that the room is used by those who wish to treat themselves in a party destination such as Ayia Napa, but for the price, I expected the same high standards as the rooms we’d had prior. Nevertheless, housekeeping were quick to sweep up the food, and the damaged items were noted so as not to charge us at the end of our stay. Housekeeping also stated that they clean the pool every day, but the leaves etc find their way in regardless. They were very helpful and approachable at all times.

The location was close by to the local bars, but far enough to be quiet and not disturb your sleep.

The guests were nice people, here to enjoy their stay and the ambience Napa Suites provided. There were no noisy neighbours or very young adults causing mayhem (which is reasonably expected with most places in Ayia Napa).

In summary, I would definitely stay here again, despite not having stayed anywhere else in Ayia Napa! It was exactly what we hoped for, and exceeded expectations. Thank you for taking care of us!

his hotel-boutique is a hidden-gem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is a lovely place to chill and enjoy the beautiful view with some refreshing drinks. Location is good, walking distance to the village and easy access by car.

The hotel seems not to be finished and to be targeted to very young markets, we were by far the oldest guests there. Room is comfortable and breakfast is really nice, but the best is the pool at the rooftop.

We stayed here from 31st May to 7th June in Suite 011 with a private pool.

We absolutely loved it, the hotel is brand new, so a few small teething problems, but absolutely nothing that would detract from the stunning hotel.

The service was fabulous, all the staff were amazing, very helpful and polite.

It is located just opposite the police station near the back of the Square, no noise whatsoever.

The bed was super comfortable, the whole place was immaculate.

You must go to the pool bar on the top floor the views are outstanding and the lunch we had there twice was absolutely delicious, the Chef is very good.

Front desk staff were really lovely and booked us Taxis when we needed them.

The Head Manager (i think) was an absolute delight, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very willing to solve any minor problems we had.

You are walking distance to everything you need, we walked into and out of town most nights, little hilly coming back but we were fine. check out the gorgeous restaurants nearby, we did the following:

Paloma - breakfast, fabulous and cheap
Taverna Napa 1976, absolutely gorgeous and very reasonable, we had starters, main course and a bottle of wine and water and costs was just euro 40, which i thought was fabulous.

You are close to but far enough away from the square to avoid it if you want to, but we had a fabulous night down there (although we are older so were home by 1230am lol).

I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again, we had the perfect peaceful break.
