MarBella Nido Suite Hotel & Villas

This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in! From start to finish, everything was wonderful - the hotel, the location, the service, the attention to detail, the thoughtfulness and consideration of all of the staff, We were given a lovely welcome on arrival with complimentary drinks, a bottle of wine and little biscuits/cakes, rooms were cleaned daily and we were supplied with mineral water and little chocolates every day. The views of the Ionian Sea were amazing. The hotel itself is so elegant and stylish. There was a great jazz band on one evening and a brilliant classical guitarist on one morning during breakfast. We stayed on a half board basis and both the breakfast and evening buffet were excellent with lots of choice and fresh options. We were very happy and relaxed during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Myself, my Husband and two adults daughters have just returned from 6 day stay at this hotel and we all said it was too short a stay! ALL of the staff went beyond the normal 5 star service, the food was exceptionally good for a buffet style even for my daughter who is gluten intolerant and only eats fish or chicken there was always a choice for her to eat every night. The rooms were large and spacious with great balconies that looked out to sea. A great taverna just across the road for lovely lunches right next to the sun lounges and beach. The only draw back of this hotel is if your challenged with your walking as everything is uphill and up steps but there are little golf buggies that can take you from Reception to almost your room but there are still steep steps involved.

I’d never been to Greece and I’d seen all these great reviews on the hotel, so my expectations were high. They were met and far surpassed. Yes, all the reviews that said how wonderful the staff is are correct! They were always pleasant, willing to help, friendly and take pride in providing immediate and attentive service. Check in began with refreshing drinks as they whisked my bags to my room without my knowledge. The drinks were followed by a guided tour by the front desk. By the end of my stay (10 days), I was truly spoiled by these wonderful people! Of note, the bellmen- Kronos & Theadore, breakfast hostess Joanna, the omelet station manager, the room service server and last but definitely not least the front desk manager (sorry that I forgot the tall man’s name) as he was very kind and helpful and I did not have a chance to thank him properly. I had a room with a pool, which I loved! And the view, there are no words that can express how gorgeous the view of the Ioanion sea- it was spectacular at every time of day and I could have sat and enjoyed it for another 10 days!

This hotel is only 30 minutes from the airport which you can easily reach by bus. However we chose private transfers booked via the internet. After speaking to other guests the hotel will arrange transfers for you for 70 Euros return. This was cheaper than I paid so well worth sending them an email.

We stayed in room 110 and it was lovely. Well designed and well equipped. We had a whirlpool which I used most days. The sun stayed on our terrace until around 2pm so it was great for us. We would then go to the pool bar and meet friends and enjoy the rest of the day there. We never struggled to find sun beds as they were plentiful.

Great service, great selection of drinks and meals at the pool bar and main restaurant. Also very reasonable, cocktails were 8 Euro’s and very well made. Not sure about the wine but was told my friend was unlucky in her choice. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. We were half board and enjoyed a lovely evening meal every night. Also fab desserts. Either side of the hotel about 10 mins away by cab are restaurants and bars should you wish to venture outside.

The staff are very professional and I would say either well trained or have great experience in this industry as they were all VERY VERY GOOD.

Special thank you to Athina and the handsome guy at the pool bar. Slim no hair - sorry didn't get a name but he made a mean Bloody Mary which my husband described as perfect.

I would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at MarBella Nido for 7 days for our summer holiday. This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and our stay was perfect from start to finish.

We read the reviews on here before coming, and they were all great - but we were still blown away with how amazing it was.

From arriving at the hotel, the service was impeccable. While waiting to check in, we received a few welcome cocktails and fruit juices and cold facecloths to refresh ourselves after our flight.

Every single member of staff is so friendly, attentive and helpful, always trying to put a smile on your face and help in any way they can.

Our room was lovely. We stayed in room 321, which was right at the back - and the view over the ocean was incredible. The whirlpool was also a fantastic addition - we spent many evenings chilling in there with a few drinks, looking out over the ocean.

Breakfast was great - a huge selection that we never got bored of. We also got a freshly squeezed orange juice every morning which was lovely.

The pool area was our favourite part of the hotel. It’s beautiful, clean and so relaxing. The infinity pool has the most amazing view! The sun-loungers are very comfy, the music is great, and the food and drinks you can get here are delicious. Sometimes the bar staff even make refreshing frozen watermelon and mint drinks for everyone for free!

This is genuinely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and will recommend it to anyone we know travelling to Corfu!
