Lani’s Suites de Luxe

We have been in Lanis three times now and each time the experience is truly exceptional.As always,Jonathan is so professional and the same applies to every staff member at Lanis, everyone here goes beyond the call of duty to ensure your stay is fantastic. Thanks to all of you for your efforts as it’s one of the main reasons which makes Lanis remarkable ( including the facilities, the location, the food etc. etc.).
We have booked to return for eight days in November.

We returned to Lani’s having first visited a year ago. Tried to book for Christmas, but was full. This is a little gem, very unlike much of the mass tourism outside. Very well located, close to lots of restaurants etc, yet while sitting by pool/terrace you cannot hear a sound from outside.

Staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Jonathan for his help and interest, and to Alejandro at reception. People at breakfast, and those cleaning continually all around the suites, also excellent and friendly.

Resort was quiet - summer is not their busiest season - and seemed even more so since the restaurant is only available to hotel guests. I expect that may change. Breakfast is very good - pretty much ask for what you want - and can be served in your suite at any time of the day, a nice touch. Can fully recommend dinner - steaks and fish were excellent, as was pasta.

Great having the hot tub on the terrace - well worth the extra cost. Smart TV with Netflix etc, though to be fair it wasn’t on a lot. Every little thing though of, down to lights in bedside lockers to clip to books if your partner is asleep.

Complementary soft drinks and beer available in room, and soft drinks, sun tan lotion, books in pool area. Transfer to airport also free. Massages available are excellent. Hotel fronts onto a small beach if you feel the need to leave!

Great relaxing and peaceful holiday - looking forward to our next visit.

Just returned from paradise! To be more exact, Lani’s Suites Deluxe. Having been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful hotels in the last few years, there have always been one or two things which could have been better. Not this time, Lani’s is quite simply perfect! Every single possible detail has been thought of and if you can think of something extra you want, then they will sort it, and quickly! The service is amazing, everything you could wish for is there, before you have to ask. True, it’s not cheap but definitely worth every penny, and actually if you put together all the things that Lani’s has to offer, and compare it with a top 5*, all inclusive hotel, there is no comparison, Lani’s wins hands down! My best recommendation for this hotel.......we’re returning in October for another week of absolute paradise!

I had reservations when I first looked at the price but wow was it worth it. Everything was just spot on, the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you, everything you wanted was in the hotel, the place was spotless, very relaxing, I can't recommend the hotel highly enough and we will definitely be returning.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and unwind in an intimate setting. We always avoid large resort hotels, so Lani's was perfect for us. It's very civilized, quiet, peaceful. The heated pool and beach are very accessible from the rooms, which all have balconies or patios. The ocean-side restaurant is excellent. We purchased the half board, and didn't tire of the menu after a full week. The entire staff at Lani's does their very best to ensure you enjoy yourself. They're always there to help, without being intrusive. That is easier said than done. Free airport transfer? Lunch and drinks poolside? Massage? Champagne on the beach? An excursion for surf lessons? No problem. They will make it happen. Or you can just fall asleep under an umbrella with your unread book over your face. There are many shopping, bar & restaurant choices within walking distance if you want to venture out. The area is also excellent for cycling, running or walking if that matters to you.

We spent a week and in Lanis for our 25th Wedding Anniversary.
After a tough 12 months we wanted a week of “our time” and boy did Lanis give us this.
The superlatives in other reviews are in no way exaggerated.
This is the finest resort I have ever stayed in abroad. I have stayed in other bigger names resorts but Lanis have it spot on.
The decor, the cleanliness, the attention to detail(threaded needles in the sewing kit) WOW.
But the biggest asset, the service and staff.
These are genuinely decent and nice people who do their utmost to make your most menial requirement their ultimate goal to sort out without you even being aware of it.
Mr. Kundlani, your team is exceptional in my opinion. The most renowned resorts globally could do worse than trying to recruit your team as they are wonderful.
Also the food is fantastic.
I could go on as there are so many things to wax lyrically about but the bottom line is that if you want an exceptional experience in Lanzarote, it’s got to be Lanis.
To be fair to all readers the only little disappointment was on checking out our payment on day one for our complete stay was still showing as unpaid even though it had gone through our card and a cash payment from our last night was not showing as being paid. Jonathan remedied the situation in a couple of minutes though.

Stayed here in june with a good friend. There were 5 of us. We had the most amazing time from the moment you walk into reception you are treated with professionalism and kindness. The apartments are just WOW. The whole lani Experience is totally unreal. My daughter who has MS couldn't believe this place cant wait to return. The Restaurant staff where absolutely wonderful couldn't do enough for us. We really loved this place thank you for having us and we totally loved everything. A little bit of heaven which I am very grateful for from us both.

My girlfriend booked Lani’s for a birthday surprise for me. This included a spa package of 2 x 30 min massages.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. In particular, Jonathan and Farah.

The room was immaculate, and remained that way for the whole of our stay (we decided to stay for two nights instead of one because we loved it that much!)

Our massage therapist, Ruben, was excellent. Both me and my girlfriend came away feeling very relaxed.

On top of that we had more complimentary birthday champagne than we knew what to do with, once again, this added to our incredible experience. Not to forget that the food in the restaurant, and the picnic on the beach was amazing!!

The main thing that sets this place apart from many other hotels is the attentive nature of the staff: asking if everything is okay, small conversation at breakfast about your plans for the day, and not being able to do enough for you throughout the day. Moreover, the staff were more than happy to let us stay much later than our checkout time which was an added bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and I’m sure it won’t be long until we visit again!

What a hotel. From the moment we arrived in the Lani’s Suites, we loved it. We were made to feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous room, pool area, service, food and cocktails.
Staff were so lovely to deal with. To Amanda, Antonio, Cosmin, Farrah and all the team we would like to say a big thank you and we will definitely be back again soon.

From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel so special with the attention and care shown to you. The woo factor is truly amazing. Beautiful pool and access to small beach where you can have drinks and food if you wish. Restaurant which serves fabulous breakfast, lunch, dinner. You can eat where ever. Room service for all meals and beverages. Everything supplied down to sun protection oils. Photos don't do it justice, you have to experience it. Would highly recommend Lani's for that special getaway.

Its hard to find new superlatives to to add to all the other good reviews posted already. We enjoyed a 9-night stay in June 2018 and everything lived up to expectations. Sure - it comes at a premium cost, but for us it was worth it: the room was spotless, quiet (except for the calming sound of the waves on the beach below) and full of all the advertised "extras" (minibar replenished twice daily, wi-fi, binoculars, Nespresso machine (free pods), tablet (useful for ordering room service, etc), cable tv,
The Master Premium Suite was full of those touches which real 5-star hotels provide (slippers, bathrobes, safe, great bathroom with good toiletries, remote electric window blinds, TWO patios complete with sun loungers (including towelling covers/beach towels and pillows changed daily and a jacuzzi on one of the patios). And as so many of the other reviewers have noted, the service offered by all of the staff, from reception to dining room to Spa to poolside was without fail proficient and super friendly. The addition of the free limo transfers from/to the airport and the start/end of our stay was just the icing on the cake. Well done Lanis - we will be back...

Lani’s Suites was amazing! Just as I hoped, plus more. Pure luxury. The suite was very nice. As noted in other reviews they provide everything. From simple things that matter, such as a kettle and mugs, to a multi socket USB port, proper hairdryer, a range of Whites’ toiletries (including lip balm, eye cream etc). So much more but already mentioned in other reviews (even the tea bags came in individual boxes). They have English TV on the two smart TV’s and even provided me with an Apple TV so I could stream from my iPad. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was so peaceful and then just a few steps to the beach. I also had a deep massage and a facial, again excellent. Then right in front of the hotel was a tourist area with bars, mini supermarkets, shops etc. Genuinely you wouldn’t know it was there once inside Lani’s. The concierge service was also excellent. Via them I did a group 4x4 trip of the South Island, hired a car to see the north and went on a boat trip with just two other people and three crew (only €35). That was so much fun. Like being invited by friends to join them on a boat trip. 1980’s music, a cooler of beers and lots of laughter. In essence I plan to return to Lani’s Suites as I couldn’t have asked for more!

Having just spent an amazing week in the company of Samuel and his fantastic team I can't speak highly enough of the service and experience we shared. The luxury of being collected and transported to and from the airport was a lovely new addition from our previous stay.
Our suite was equipped with all mod cons such as charger points for all types of usb gadgets, sun hats, glasses, pool shoes, iPad, Bluetooth speaker and exceptional hair drier to name just a few. There was also a mini bar which was restocked at least twice a day. In this all minerals, beers and water were free of charge and in endless supply.
The pool area was always spotless with towels, sun cream and loungers in plentiful supply.
The breakfast was served until 11am but the staff were very flexible. If you arrived an hour later your crispy bacon and anything else you desired would be provided with no issue whatsoever.
I could go on forever speaking about the paradise feeling, splendid views and exceptional surroundings but the actual diamond and complete 5 star reason is the wonderful staff, from Antonio and all the restaurant staff to Raquel and her amazing treatments to Farah, Jonathan and so so many more. We have made friends for life and can't wait to get back very soon for what will then be our 5th visit.
If you are in any doubt about making this booking let me guarantee you the only issue you will have is having to leave on your last day !!

Where to start with this outstanding place! Treated like royalty from the minute we checked in to the minute we left! The room is superb , great sea views, magnificent food! Jonathan and staff were great, hope his football team do better next year tho haha (Marseille)! Will Be back in October can't wait!

My wife and I are just home after having the most wonderful holiday in Lani's Suites. It was our second visit and the hotel has kept up the high standard in every aspect. The staff have to be congratulated for their willingness to help the guests no matter what the request is. It would be unfair to pick any single one out for special mention so I will just say Samuel is doing a wonderful job. Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable, looking forward to seeing all of you in November.
