Easy to recommend
The entire hotel combines elegance with comfort. Even the buffé restaurant har a cozy restaurant atmosphere instead of feeling like a cafeteria.
The room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. A plus was lots of counter space in the bathroom and an excellent shower.
Another plus was how beautiful and clean it was everywhere..both inside and out. And also that the Wifi worked all week without problems.
The pool area was great and never crowded and the sandy beach is just 30 meters down a tiled walkway. I swam in the Mediterranean several times a day but prefered to lay in the shade of an olive tree by the pool instead of by the beach where it felt more crowded.
The food was excellent. Lots to choose from and everything was tasty and finely presented.
The staff were great...friendly, helpful and professional .Always ready with a smile.
The only negative part was that smoking seems to be allowed in all areas and that the chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable.
We loved it here and have already recommended friends to book this hotel.
Amazing hotel and Spa
I spent a week a the Numa beach hotel and spa mid july 2018 with a friend. The hotel room was great, we wanted 2 twin beds but as it was the double we had booked was in fact 2 twin beds - perfect!
We found our way around the hotel very easily, excellent gym which i used twice and I also tried out the yoga class which was pretty good.
The food was excellent, every night had a different theme (international, Turkish, Asian, Italian) but they also offered fantastic local foods, all fresh and delicious. We booked all inclusive but honestly there was so much food we would have a healthy breakfast, skipped lunch and grabbed a snack at the pool bar which was also great.
On my 1st day i had the 10 minute free massage trial and signed up for an amazingly priced package to have a 1 hour massage for 5 days. I had a masseuse therapist called 'Aytac' who was fantastic. i have some neck and back issues and throughout the 5 day treatment he worked over different areas and i honestly walked away feeling like a new person, he has a very professional attitude and extremely welcoming. i would highly recommend the Spa.
I also have to mention the waiting staff ... they were all so nice, helpful and friendly. We made friends with several who all looked after us throughout the whole week.
They also offer a luggage room and have showers available if you have a late flight which is perfect if you plan to spend your last day on the beach.
I would definitely stay at the hotel again, i can't fault it at all.
A gorgeous hotel with a friendly staff!
When we first got into the hotel, we weren't sure if we even were in the right hotel because the pictures we had seen didn't do justice to this hotel. We had never been in Turkey before and we didn't know what to expect so we were amazed by this hotel. I really don't have much to complain, it was the best holiday we're had so far and really hope to get back soon. The food was delicious although I kind of hoped to see some pizza in the buffet. The room was nice and the cleaners did a great job every day. I do think that the best part about this hotel was the staff. The people working in this hotel were all so genuinely helpful and friendly (even though there might have been a slight language barrier a few times but nothing too serious). The pool area was really nice and relaxing because there are no kids at all (obviously), mostly just couples. If I had to say something that the hotel could possibly improve in the future, it would be the soundproofing. I'm not a heavy sleeper so it was hard to fall asleep when a group of people were screaming and laughing around until 2am. I'm assuming that these people were Russians because I've seen some other hotel visitors complain about them as well. This didn't ruin my holiday though but I hope the hotel staff will do something about it. Also, on our last night my room lost all electricity when I was trying to iron some clothes. We told the staff about this incident around 5pm and they promised to send in someone to fix it. The electrician never showed up so I couldn't use the lights or charge my phone in my room on our last night. Luckily we had too rooms so I could use electricity there. We did find a way to turn the electricity back on by ourselves when we were about to check out the next morning. This incident didn't bother me so I'm still gonna give five stars to this hotel. Thank you so much for the awesome staff for making our holiday so great!
Very enjoyable stay
From the moment off pulling up and arriving at the hotel reception stuff for very helpful and give us all of the required information needed for our stay. Rooms where very specious and very tidy overall for the entrance I would rate 5 stars. Pool area and beach area is also very tidy and staff are very helpful. Bar staff could not be any more helpful definitely five stars for them, on the other hand cleaning staff on the first floor seemed a little rude but I would not let this affect your stay. The all-inclusive selection for dinner is average, what you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel. Dinner service in my opinion is on a little late, it starts at 7:00pm untill 9:00pm . Overall I would give the food a 4* as there is not the most choice in the world to pick from and I have found my self eating the same meal a few days in a row . After dinner the entertainment is okay bringing in something new every night so you can at least enjoy your night round the outside bar area . On check out staff are very helpful and we got shown to the indoor facilitys ready for collection. Manager is always around making sure his guests are happy and his team are on top off everything 24/7 so this is nice to see . Overall if you are looking for a realxing holiday away this could be the place for you . Staff are brilliant . Overall 4*
Semester 1 week
I highly recommend this hotell to other travlers!
Probably the best staff I’ve ever encountered. The best service and fast service and I had a really nice experience at this hotell.
5 out of 5 and I’m coming back again in October!
Nice relaxing week
My wife and I stayed hear for a week and had a great time. Food was very good and the staff were both very friendly and attentive. Although the pool looked very nice we preferred the beach which we found to be very clean and tidy with a great little beach bar. I highly recommend a spar day which is located up on the six floor of the hotel you can get different packages and it also includes use of the roof top pool. Overall a nice relaxing week in the sun.
First of all, i want to thank you to put the turkish traditional and old famous people picture on the wall in restaurant.
The art is very clean and soft , you feel it in all hotel areas to room
The owner has a high sofisticate design opinion that use to put it on all hotel
The staff are smiling and hospitality, we never feel the oposite
The buffet is not so crowded and you can find what you want to eat
We prefer here because of +16. Spa center on top of roof 6. Floor and massage to the view was nice experience
if you want to the stay quality rooms and silent hotel in center of alanya with out children voices, you can visit here.
Went to this hotel with trepidation after reading some of the comments. Please don't listen! On arrival we just knew it would be a great week. Staff were great and friendly. Very clean hotel. Rooms were spacious. You could get a sunbed up to 11, nice not to have to get up at the crack of dawn to put your towel down. Local shops but No bars but cheap enough to get into alanya.. would recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great holiday Numa Beach.
Fabulous relaxing lovely hotel
Please ignore the bad reviews on here about noise, food etc this place is just so lovely relaxed& clean& comfortable.the staff are amazing ( especially Latif in the resturant ) all are very friendly& helpful. The food was great I dont eat meat but didn't struggle with the choices on offer to me. Everywhere is clean& pleasing on the eye, the beach is lovely but the life guards do spoilt it with loud music thro naff speakers at times but it wasnt constant. We hardly experienced any building noise, maybe twice for about 5 minutes, the whole place is peaceful. The shops inside the hotel are good& the bars are also good to be in both inside& pool bar.
Just don't let the bad reviews make you doubt booking this you will not be disappointed.
Thank you numa beach for your hospitality& lovely hotel.
Our first holiday to Turkey
Me and my boyfriend visited Sunprime Numa Beach for two weeks from the 10th-24th of June. With this being our first holiday together we were adamant that regardless of some bad reviews we were going to enjoy our stay - and that we did!! Take all negative reviews with a pinch of salt, if you’re going with an open mind and willing to enjoy Turkey and everything it offers this hotel is perfect.
From our arrival to departure all staff members were beyond helpful and friendly, especially our maid who was so bubbly. Mustafa, Yukan and Umut were staff members who in particular went out of their way to help us usually at dinner time.
The hotel is very clean, and provides everything you could need for a relaxing stay. During our visit we went to the spa, which was an experience! but the staff members really know their stuff and we got free access to the rooftop pool,l for the day, we did get offered a really good deal to receive a course of massages throughout our stay and get the rooftop pool free all week but it wasn’t something we wanted to go for.
Themed nights on the buffet really are a good way to try new things, and even after staying in the hotel for two weeks the variety was impressive. We aren’t big fish people, but the variety of meats, salad, fresh fruit and desserts suited us just fine. We did one afternoon decide to buy lunch from the pool bar, they are really reasonable prices and you do get some lovely looking dishes. We didn’t try the a la carte restaurant but did hear good things about it.
We tried the beach and it wasn’t for us, but the pool area was always accessible, not overcrowded and we found it to be impeccably clean.
Access into Alanya is easy, with the dolmus costing only 5 lira each. We went on a boat trip around the coast and castle for only €30 which we booked with Thomas Cook, we would really recommend it was a really good day.
The hotel itself is really something to admire, the staff that come with it just make it that much better. We had an amazing two weeks in Turkey and miss it already.
Amazing ten nights!
Just come back from an amazing ten nights here!
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday with good weather, spa treatments and a very welcoming and helpful team.
We had a Turkish bath with face mask on the first day which meant we were allowed on the roof top pool with stunning views and was very peaceful.
We were accidentally put into a sea view balcony room which we were allowed to stay in no extra cost.. I would definitely recommend upgrading as it was a beautiful view across the beach and we could watch the entertainment from our room.
The food and drinks were lovely, the staff were amazing. We could like to thank Latif one of the waiters who would always be preparing our drinks before we sat down and just went the extra mile for us which was lovely, on our last night our table was decorated with flowers and we were made to feel very special.
The only thing I would say is if you were a vegetarian/gluten free there wasn’t much food options, however there was different themed food nights.. favourite was definitely the Turkish and Asian themed nights!
We would also like to thank the cleaner of our room 439, she was a very happy, lovely lady who made our room spotless and left us with a hug and a happy goodbye message and made us a little emotional to leave! 5 Star definitely!
I stayed in many hotels in Alanya, but at my preference the best hotel and the highest quality service at the highest level is at the Numa Beach hotel.Service restaurant at the height, properly selected staff, smiling, ready to come to the rescue, a special thanks to Umut, Yakup. The bar is also on 5+, for the chic cocktails, the mood thanks to Hasan.Special thanks to manager Mehmet, a wonderful person, ready to come to the rescue, will help in any situation. Many thanks to Numa Hotel for the unforgettable impression, we want to come back again. We love you !!!!
