Selene Beach & Spa Hotel

I highly recommend this hotell to other travlers!
Probably the best staff I’ve ever encountered. The best service and fast service and I had a really nice experience at this hotell.
5 out of 5 and I’m coming back again in October!

My wife and I stayed hear for a week and had a great time. Food was very good and the staff were both very friendly and attentive. Although the pool looked very nice we preferred the beach which we found to be very clean and tidy with a great little beach bar. I highly recommend a spar day which is located up on the six floor of the hotel you can get different packages and it also includes use of the roof top pool. Overall a nice relaxing week in the sun.

First of all, i want to thank you to put the turkish traditional and old famous people picture on the wall in restaurant.
The art is very clean and soft , you feel it in all hotel areas to room
The owner has a high sofisticate design opinion that use to put it on all hotel
The staff are smiling and hospitality, we never feel the oposite
The buffet is not so crowded and you can find what you want to eat
We prefer here because of +16. Spa center on top of roof 6. Floor and massage to the view was nice experience

Went to this hotel with trepidation after reading some of the comments. Please don't listen! On arrival we just knew it would be a great week. Staff were great and friendly. Very clean hotel. Rooms were spacious. You could get a sunbed up to 11, nice not to have to get up at the crack of dawn to put your towel down. Local shops but No bars but cheap enough to get into alanya.. would recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great holiday Numa Beach.

Please ignore the bad reviews on here about noise,food etc this place is just so lovely relaxed& clean& comfortable.the staff are amazing ( especially Latif in the resturant ) all are very friendly& helpful. The food was great I dont eat meat but didn't struggle with the choices on offer to me. Everywhere is clean& pleasing on the eye, the beach is lovely but the life guards do spoilt it with loud music thro naff speakers at times but it wasnt constant. We hardly experienced any building noise,maybe twice for about 5 minutes,the whole place is peaceful. The shops inside the hotel are good& the bars are also good to be in both inside& pool bar.
Just don't let the bad reviews make you doubt booking this you will not be disappointed.

Me and my boyfriend visited Sunprime Numa Beach for two weeks from the 10th-24th of June. With this being our first holiday together we were adamant that regardless of some bad reviews we were going to enjoy our stay - and that we did!! Take all negative reviews with a pinch of salt, if you’re going with an open mind and willing to enjoy Turkey and everything it offers this hotel is perfect.

From our arrival to departure all staff members were beyond helpful and friendly, especially our maid who was so bubbly. Mustafa, Yukan and Umut were staff members who in particular went out of their way to help us usually at dinner time.

The hotel is very clean, and provides everything you could need for a relaxing stay. During our visit we went to the spa, which was an experience! but the staff members really know their stuff and we got free access to the rooftop pool,l for the day, we did get offered a really good deal to receive a course of massages throughout our stay and get the rooftop pool free all week but it wasn’t something we wanted to go for.

Themed nights on the buffet really are a good way to try new things, and even after staying in the hotel for two weeks the variety was impressive. We aren’t big fish people, but the variety of meats, salad, fresh fruit and desserts suited us just fine. We did one afternoon decide to buy lunch from the pool bar, they are really reasonable prices and you do get some lovely looking dishes. We didn’t try the a la carte restaurant but did hear good things about it.

We tried the beach and it wasn’t for us, but the pool area was always accessible, not overcrowded and we found it to be impeccably clean.

Access into Alanya is easy, with the dolmus costing only 5 lira each. We went on a boat trip around the coast and castle for only €30 which we booked with Thomas Cook, we would really recommend it was a really good day.

The hotel itself is really something to admire, the staff that come with it just make it that much better. We had an amazing two weeks in Turkey and miss it already.

Just come back from an amazing ten nights here!
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday with good weather, spa treatments and a very welcoming and helpful team.
We had a Turkish bath with face mask on the first day which meant we were allowed on the roof top pool with stunning views and was very peaceful.
We were accidentally put into a sea view balcony room which we were allowed to stay in no extra cost.. I would definitely recommend upgrading as it was a beautiful view across the beach and we could watch the entertainment from our room.
The food and drinks were lovely, the staff were amazing. We could like to thank Latif one of the waiters who would always be preparing our drinks before we sat down and just went the extra mile for us which was lovely, on our last night our table was decorated with flowers and we were made to feel very special.
The only thing I would say is if you were a vegetarian/gluten free there wasn’t much food options, however there was different themed food nights.. favourite was definitely the Turkish and Asian themed nights!
We would also like to thank the cleaner of our room 439, she was a very happy, lovely lady who made our room spotless and left us with a hug and a happy goodbye message and made us a little emotional to leave! 5 Star definitely!
