Beautifully presented hotel the decor and atmosphere could not be more perfect so relaxing and clean. We stayed 5 days the rooms are amazing. They really have thought of everything you need to make the most of your holiday. The staff cannot do enough for you and are a credit to the hotel! Food, location, beach and everything was PERFECT! Can not recommend enough thanks for a holiday to remember.

Just had a five night stay at what has just become our favourite hotel and still smiling.
Lovely relaxing surroundings, kind and helpful staff. The hotel seems to
have everything covered to make your stay perfect before you even thought
of it.

We did not eat there in the evening, as we were out each evening but every
breakfast was varied and interesting.

Direct access to a good beach with safe swimming just adds the icing to the
cake.

Don’t hesitate, just go. No wait perhaps I should say it is awful
otherwise it will be full when we want to go back.

An incredible hotel with the most amazing staff! The smile on our faces was a reflection of the staff’s unparalleled attitude, working tirelessly to keep us happy. From the room cleaning service, to the pool service, the restaurant, the beach, the spa, the fitness room...everything was just perfect. We couldn’t find a single flaw in this well managed property. And it’s only a 10 minutes drive to beautiful Chania.
Highly recommended for couples, we already want to go back!!! After being in many hotels around the world, the amazing staff of this hotel is something just extraordinary. Thank you so much!

What a holiday!! This hotel is quite honestly fabulous. From the moment you arrive , and receive a very tasty lemon and ginger drink, you are taken to your room which is quite honestly prefect. The hotel is spotless, well thought out and completely relaxing. Breakfast is fantastic, all the reviews are spot on. Great consideration for those with specific dietary needs also - gluten free options. The staff are brilliant , attentive without overbearing. Take a trip into Chania , a convenient 10 Euro ride , and not far away to explore the old town. Research before you go as there is a lot of choice ! We didn’t want to leave , and the hotel restaurant is of amazing quality !!! Thank you - the reviews are spot on. And as for anyone who previously whinged about the sink in the bedroom or music around the pool ... life is too short !!! It’s all brilliant !!

We specifically chose this resort as it was kid free and we weren't disappointed! Our room was modern, extremely clean and very comfortable with a fab view of the sea. There is a really nice calm atmosphere around the hotel which is very relaxing. The facilities are great - gym, pool, beach. The food is great especially the breakfast - I actually looked forward to waking up so I could have their breakfast!! And the service is just brilliant - such friendly and personable staff who will do anything and are there when you need them. We also did the morning yoga which was very peaceful. Basically we didn't want to leave! If you're looking to relax in a brilliant hotel with no kids jumping around the pool or making noise - this is the one for you!

The Domes Noruz Chania hotel is a fantastic resort with excellent facilities for relaxing at the private beach or by one of the pools. There is also plenty of possibilities for working out either on you own or in small groups both inside and outside. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever come across - and I have seen and experienced a lot. The Zeen restaurant make some great dishes and the Raw bar is an excellent place for a sundowner while the sun settles over the bay. Above and beyond anything else was, however, the service and friendliness of every staff member we came across. We stayed for 2 weeks with two "late stage" teenagers and never ever did we have anything to put our finger at. Pure luxury!!!

Fantastic experience at this property. The staff went above and beyond what would ever be expected at any hotel. We celebrated our honeymoon and a birthday during our stay. On both occasions, the staff made it a fantastic experience. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to gouge us for all the little extras. Most luxury hotels will charge you an arm and a leg for rose petals, birthday cake, flowers, etc. They provided everything complementary and went even further to make us feel special. We couldn't recommend this place more.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was amazing, courteous and polite. I especially want to give a shout out to Stella, who helped me with my reservation by phone before we even arrived there (we were booked somewhere else, which was not to our liking and I decided THIS was where we needed to be; and I was right), as well as the guys at the valet parking. The service is world class. Really. The room was comfortable (although the bed a bit softer than I am used to, but I still slept wonderfully), impeccably clean, with a nice little plunge pool, an outdoor bathtub, and nice bean bag sun loungers, but I do have one minor gripe, and that involves the lack of a sink in the bathroom; I get it, the whole design aspect, and yes, the sink in the room with the sliding counter is actually quite useful. That being said, I find in incredibly unhygienic to have to walk out of the bathroom and into another room to wash my hands. Not to mention the nuisance of having to brush your teeth or shave in the middle of the bedroom. The bathroom and shower were quite large, there is more than enough room to fit a small wash basin in there as well. Other than that, both pools are awesome, and it is great that there is an option of a "quiet pool" (no music, no cell phones) , as well as the regular pool with the pool bar and music. Both pools are quite large. The best part of this property though (besides the amazing service), is the beach. A wonderful sandy beach, at which you can sit and watch the sun set. Very clean transparent waters, as is the norm for all of Greece. Very very very relaxing. If you are a couple that wants to relax for a few days (or more), I highly recommend this place! Unfortunately we only stayed for 4 nights, next time it will have to be at least 10!.

My wife and I spent 11 nights at the hotel. This was the 2nd straight summer we stayed there. Crete offers almost perfect weather, beautiful Caribbean like sea with a diverse group of travelers from all over Europe and North America. M The hotel is rather small only 80 some odd rooms and is right on the beach. It is very modern design We were upgraded to a suite which consisted of a nice sized room with a loft that had our bed and a half bathroom and the main floor with bath, shower and sitting area as well as outdoor terrace with jacuzzi. We had an ocean and sunset view as well as a view of the quiet pool.
I am a frequent traveler and probably have spent 75 nights or more in hotels every year for the last 25 years and all the staff at the hotel were the friendliest, most helpful and most courteous of any hotel I have stayed at. They go out of their way to help in the most cheerful manner.
There are 2 restaurants at the hotel one serving all 3 meals and the second a raw bar with a great cocktail menu with great sunset views.
The area around the hotel is great. There must be 25 different tavernas within a 10 minute walk of the hotel all serving great seafood as well as typical Greek and Cretan food. Our favorites were The Blue Sea and Sirocco's
Last year we also went to Santorini so this year our only excursions were to Old Town Chania and to Elafonissi Beach. We booked the trip to Elafonissi from a tour office on the main street and for 20 Euros per person they took us to a church up in the mountains, 3 1/2 hours on the beautiful pink sand beach and a late lunch at Kamares which was truly the best restaurant we ate in that is located in a Cretan village on our way back to the hotel
We hope we can return next summer as well.

Service, food, hotel, beach... AMAZING. I literally love this place. I want to save up all my money and just go there every year. It is obviously very expensive but worth every penny spent. They had a bottle of Moet in our room upon arrival, a view to die for overlooking the pool and sea and dinner was AMAZING! The half board plan is the best I have ever seen. 3-course dinner in the evening with delicious food and outdoor ambiance. After dinner, we sat on the terrace overlooking the water and wished we could do this every. single. day. This is a hotel you stay at when you want to truly relax and recuperate. Do not stay here if you want to tour around all day because you will be sad you booked the tours and have to leave the hotel. Come to this hotel and STAY. Order cocktails at the beach and just enjoy this beautiful hotel! No offense to families out there but it is also a kid-free zone so the peace is wonderful!

My wife and I first holiday with no children. Absolutely fabulous stay in the domes Noruz. It is a great hotel, modern clean but relaxed with all the right facilities. The staff were attentive and service was excellent just to make you feel pampered not not bothered. Facilities around the pool and beach are great. Dinner in Zeen was delightful and the sunset view from the bars or restaurant and beach are magnificent to add to your wholesome experience. Completely recommend this place to get away and real with no children well not under 18 anyway..

Stayed at this beautiful Autograph hotel for a 2nd time in June this year for 15 nights. Everything from the stunning property to the beautiful rooms and the entire hotel staff were first class.

We were upgraded to a Wellness loft and had a wonderful full sea view overlooking the quiet zone pool area.

The front of house staff, were so very accommodating to all our requests and very professional but with a friendly welcoming rapport. The best guest relations I have ever experienced in all my 30 years travelling to Greece.

The mangers from both breakfast and hotel were very friendly and ensured we were looked after throughout our stay. It felt like we had returned home for a second stay and the staff remembered us from previous year.

Very Special thanks for Stella (Guest relations) who was very helpful and professional , Christoph ( front office) so very kind and also helpful and also the hotel manger who helped us with restaurant choices and had a chat with us to ensure we had a lovely stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

From all our travels abroad to Greece, this hotel will remain high in our special memories and hope to return again soon

We stayed here a couple of months ago for a few days, and we were extremely pleased.

We stayed in a room overlooking the sea, with a plunge pool at the back and a large terrace area at the front with a round bath.

Firstly, the room was absolutely amazing. It's spead across two open floors, with a living room area at the top and a bedroom/bathroom at the bottom. The design is very contemporary and we felt very at home there.

We had a special package while we stayed, which included an evening dinner each night, a cocktail class at the Raw Bar, and a beachtowel sarrong each. It took a bit of chasing to be given the latter, however I think this was down to this gift recently changing from monogrammed bathrobes.

The hotel is right on the beach, and has two outdoor pools. No area gets very busy so you can always find somewhere peaceful to relax, swim, and sunbathe.

The food in the restaurant was 5*- there's so much to choose from for each course, any everything we tried was phenominal. Make sure you try the stuffed courgette (zucchini) flowers, as these are one of the nicest things I've ever eaten. I would recreate at home, but I can't source the flowers anywhere!

Breakfast has a wide selection, and table service for dishes such as omelettes. I didn't like the white egg omelette, but that's down to my personal taste rather than the chefs.

We will definitely stay again- I look forward to napping in the little hammock on the terrace!

The beaches and pools at this resort are outstanding. We booked the room with spa amenities and I would not exactly call the large bathtub upstairs a hot tub as described but it was still very nice. The customer service at this resort is exceptional. It was very easy to make reservations, book day trips, and get a taxi through the concierge. Our room was very comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent, though dinner was great but a bit pricy. My only minor complaints were the bathroom in our room was quite small, the lunch menu at the poolside restaurant left something to be desired, and the spa did not have a lot of complimentary amenities (the spa services, however, were excellent). For the price, I expected a bit more but overall we were very happy here on our honeymoon.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 days before doing all our Crete exploring. It was heaven from the minute we arrived. The staff are super helpful, the room is like a mini home. The pools and beachfront are perfect. The bean bag chairs are super super comfy. Perfect resort if you're looking for everything in one place. Breakfast was also amazing - everything was fresh and tasted great!

If you are planning a trip to Chania this is a must.

From the minute you arrive and are whisked into reception by the friendliest staff ever you know you are in for a great vacation. Our concierge Christopher checked us in provided all info we needed and gave us a tour of the Hotel.
Beautiful immaculate property and obviously still very new. We had the first level of room Upbeat Retreat pool view and were very happy with it. Great cool plunge pool and large electric blind opening up onto swimming pool. Large Smart TVs are great. No sea view but these look onto the quiet pool and are so peaceful and private. The sea view ones have benefit of view and you can walk out straight into poolside however slightly smaller plunge pool and not at all private if you leave the electric blind open. It was slightly odd having the sink in the room but that would be my only slight crit!
Breakfast was plentiful with wide selection. Restaurant was also to high standard with great wine choices from staff Alex was spot on with the red wines he recommended!
If it’s a chilled out relaxing holiday you want this is the place to go. Not much entertainment but that suits us.
Nice shallow beach perfect for swimming. Great gymn and a trainer is available should you require hotel also has fitness courses from time to time. Spa is lovely however we did not use it.
Hotel is 10 minutes and about 8 Euros from Chania
in Taxi which are plentiful. We loved Chania and visited several times.
Concierge will tell you what restaurants to visit and make reservations on your behalf. Avoid rude people in place right opposite hotel entrance!
All in all a fabulous holiday and we felt so relaxed at end we didn’t mind going home!
