Atlantica Sea Breeze Hotel Reviews
This hotel is actually one of the best that we have ever visited with my spouse.
The rooms are lovely and well kept from the cleaners. All well decorated.
The grounds are well looked after and there are some areas like the lobby and toilets that need revamp. The very friendly and professional GM that we spoke to said that they were going to revamp both areas so looking forward to that for next year visit.
The food is out if this world, massive choice and always something is there for everyone
The Staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much problen for them.
Ignore all the pointless and rude comments, these people now very well how to do their job and are always ready to deal with any problems.
See you again next year and looking forward to the changes.
Being a regular visitor to SEABREEZE (10th visit) we had a very slight concern having read a small number of negative reviews.
We stayed at the hotel for two weeks, last week in September first week in October this year.
From the minute we were welcomed at the reception desk early in the morning that was the start of meeting staff throughout the whole hotel that very friendly and sincerely nice while very good at there various jobs.
Overall, eating in the main restaurant was a good experience however the menu needs to show a little innovation for us returning guests. Also show cooking outside the servery area, that was there last year needs to be reconsidered for next year as per other hotels of a similar standard.
The a la carte restaurant experience was ok but nothing special, better in previous years, menu needs an upgrade.
Our room 310 was excellent and well looked after by the very friendly and helpful cleaner, although delighted to hear that the bathrooms are being upgraded.
We use the grass area near the bottom path and must comment that we were surprised how badly the grass area had deteriorated since last year, hopefully this will be sorted for next year.
One other slight concern was the service from the pool bar some days superb service from the days Victoria & Demetrius were serving on the grass other days none or very little service. There was also a number of days the staff could only serve a limited number of guests with ice cream etc due to insufficent stock available but not a big issue.
From last year we noticed a big improvement in the entertainment from last year but a little better quality please. The Cyprus Tuesday night needs a big rethink.
The manner we are looked after from and all the very friendly staff especially Eva, and most importantly the superb relaxing holiday we experience, we hope to be returning next year and look forward to the upgrades you will be working on during the winter.
George & Maria.
The hotel looks lovely
his hotel is not up to the 4star rating its a bit dated the rooms are OK big beds .but the bathrooms need to be up dated .the staff are loverly the pools is big with lots of sun beds and there ya grass part with lots of sun beds and brollys but the grass needs going again not a good look this is not a a santido hotel not yet think my be doing it up bit b bit
The hotel, food and staff were amazing, we stay 5 star plus hotels and the standard of this one couldn't be faulted. We was staying in August so a busy time sunbeds we're available busy around pool, but plenty around the grass area. I'm not sure where the couple below stayed but clearly they didnt stay at this hotel. We loved the friendliness of this hotel the entertainment was OK, not what our choice would have been but the food choices were brilliant. There is a different menu for the Al La carte restaurant. The hotel is not outdated in anyway, rooms are lovely nice and spacious. We went to our best friends wedding and it was amazing, the staff were brilliant very attentive. The only thing that I could fault about this place was not having a beach area, and having to come home. We all had a fantastic time a group of 8 of us and no complaints.
Perfect rooms, excelent services and facilities, perfect food especialy the breakfast!!!
Veey friendly staff especially the animators!!
The best thing is that the hotel is only for adults!! No children, no cries, no worries!! Amazing view!!
We stayed here for only a week but wished we had booked for 2. Having been on all inclusive holidays quite a few times now, this was the first adults only hotel we have been in and what a difference that made. Everyone was so chilled and relaxed.
The hotel and the facilities were brilliant - we had a top floor room with a sea view, large balcony and a hot tub. It was a nice touch leaving us a bottle of champagne in our room on our arrival.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Always plenty of sun loungers around, despite a minority getting up early to reserve them! (tip to hotel management - enforce your own policy of not reserving sun loungers).
The local towns were a short bus ride away, costing 1.50 each way and a very regular service running 22hrs a day, so perfect for the party animals who want to go to local clubs.
The food was great, always a wide enough choice.
If i was being a bit picky, some of the evening entertainment could have been better - one evening we had a young lad with an electric acoustic guitar who was brilliant but only had a 45 min set. This was followed by a brilliant fire show. However, "Rod Steward" came on and he was terrible. The following night a Bon Jovi tribute was playing, who didn't do any Bon Jovi, until a track was requested as part of his encore.
I can't really blame the hotel for the above but like I said, i am being picky.
All in all, a great relaxing holiday.
We enjoyed it
Overall some aspects of the hotel need an update which I belive they are doing this closed season. But on the whole a very enjoyable holiday made by the hard working staff.
Clean and well looked after every day by the cleaning staff. Negative don't see why you need a bath in a hotel these days a better shower would have been better ( room 411).
Pool. A little cold.... The sea was warmer. But plenty of beds available.
Restaurant. No complaints here... If people complain they are fussy, so much on offer.
Bars. Pool bar and service excellent although they may need a few more staff as 2 is not enough to serve all those guests on sunbeds the two on worked really hard and done a great job.
Brilliant staff fantastic with amazing views, entertainment OK seen better.
We were on the 4 floor looking west with a partial sea view, only complaint is service slip road for goods below could hear truck reversing beeps early most mornings, must have been worse lower down.
Overall a great holiday with not many moans
Relaxing vacation, wonderful staff, great food!!!
We had the best time staying at this hotel in May of 2018. The hotel itself is in a quiet area, which was great for us; we wanted peace and quiet. Shopping is only a short bus ride away. Water activities are not very far away either; booked a boat tour in the harbor over, with Ayia Trias Cruises, which we could easily walk to, but chose to get picked up by bus right by hotel entrance. Hotel takes care of booking; thank you, Vera. Loved the boat tour! Paragliding was wonderful too. If you don’t feel like walking on the path by the water, there’s buses that will take you to where you need to go. We didn’t partake in any of the entertainment in the evenings; but it was perfect to sit at a table downstairs by the pool outside the restaurant. We mostly had the area to ourselves. The main areas of the hotel, and the room we stayed in were all pleasant and neat. I do agree with some comments on upgrades needed to bathroom downstairs and hallways, but that’s a minor detail in my eyes; and I’m sure the hotel will be working on this. Spa treatments were wonderful! Would recommend. One of the best things about a vacation like this is to be able to relax without worrying about food; we LOVED the food at every meal. (I admit I didn’t try the octopus.) Plenty of choices. One person said 5 out of 8 dishes had mushroom in it. For reals?!? :D Not my experience. Lots of variety, something for everyone. And when we had questions for the kitchen staff, or special requests, they were happy to accommodate our requests and answer any questions we had. We had the option of one free meal in the a la carte restaurant, but our group of four were so happy with the food in the buffet we decided to not take advantage of that. Maybe next time! Try the caramel pudding; my favorite dessert... Each and every one of the staff we came in contact with were super friendly and made us feel right at home. I have to say these people were awesome and made our stay the best; they were professional, but warm. Thanks; a job well done! Would love to come back. Relaxing vacation with great food and wonderful people!
We had an amazing time at this hotel. Friendly and very helpful and attentive staff. Large pool with nice sun beds. Comfy restaurant with great breakfast and different choice of buffet food, everything we tried was tasty and of very good quality. Clean and spacious room with a small balcony which was perfect for two. Definitely recommended and will visit again.
I have stayed at this beautiful hotel from the 30th of September until the 7th of October and have really enjoyed it together with my husband.
The rooms are spotless and well designed, a bit combact but comfortable for us.
The Staff are incredible and always there for us,very attentive and smiling. They can not do enough for you.
The food is always plentiful and very well cooked. Lots ot choice from salads and meats to desserts. I really enjoyed the Gala together with the presentation.
Very nice hotel with top rate staff
Just spent a week here and had an amazing holiday. To be honest the group of friends we met made having a good time very easy, but the staff, who were excellent, also made sure everyone was well fed, watered and entertained. The hotel food was very nice and plenty of choice (including loads for vegetarians). The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and are kept spotlessly clean (big thanks to the cleaners). Loads to do around the pool during the day, both sporty and quiz.
Would definitely recommend.
Quiet peaceful hotel
Had a relaxing time spent at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Interiors fresh and new looking. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Had a sea view room which had amazing views looking across the pool/ sea and coast. Rooms kept spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds... didn’t want to get out of it! Food is good although it can be monotonous and depends on the type of evening dictates the culinary outcome. Had an amazing spa treatment although a little expensive. Entertainment was low key.. mainly quizzes then a singer or group. The bar closes around midnight which maybe enough for some! All this is classed as a four star hotel I’m bewildered why in this day of age you still have to place your toilet paper in a bin and not flush it away. Yes I know it may sound trivial to some but .... I’m sure not all hotels on Cyprus have the same problem.?
Very very nice hotel
Just stayed at the Atlantic’s seabreeze near Protaras
Had a fabulous holiday.
Rooms are cleaned every day, very comfortable beds. Only down side, we were above the service road, so had noisy lorries. But nothing to worry about. Food is excellent, good choices and plenty to tempt you.
Service was excellent and very friendly. Cannot praise the catering team enough. They work very hard with a smile all day long.
Entertainment in the evenings was good and varied. Every day they bring round a poolside puzzler to keep your brain ticking over. Like that touch never had that before.
Liked the location from the beach, only down side is there aren’t many shops near the hotel. But directly outside is the bus stop which comes every 10-15 mins.
Had a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
Thank you seabreeze
Special Mention to Spiros for bringing us drinks everyday to our sun beds. You were a star. Always had a smile and nothing was to much trouble.
Very good overall...
Stayed as a couple, really enjoyed the week. (9th to 16th Sept)
Good points, as most people have also agreed with, are management and staff are hard working and happy to help. Tui reps Paul and Helen are fantastic. Food we found to be excellent except for pre packed sandwiches left in fridge for us on midnight arrival.
Not very nice.
Pool area and bar we really enjoyed, also the grassy area for a change of sunbed location if it got noisy around the pool.
We thought the 4 star rating was fair. Our one disappointment was having to stand in a bath for a shower. Didn't expect that in a superior room at a sensimar hotel.
All in all really enjoyed our stay and would definately consider going back....if i could request a shower cubicle, and maybe if there is a non smoking section where you can sit on your balcony without s chain smoking neighbour which we had.
Very nice and relaxed
Had a lovely stay at this hotel was very nice and relaxed, rooms were clean and spacious. Food was fantastic lots to choose from, would recommend the a la carte restaurant. Staff were friendly and polite, sea and beach was not even a minutes walk away. Plenty of sun beds which were comfortable. Only down was the entertainment and alcoholic drinks were made too strong by the bar staff. Overall a very nice time will hopefully be back 1 day!!
Fantastic 4 Star Hotel
I’m writing this on our last night at the Atlantica Sea Breeze, waiting for a glass of sparkling wine and overlooking the pool and Med.
We arrived at 2am on a Friday morning and were greeted by a nice chap on reception (Michael? I forget - we were tired). He checked us in and explained briefly about the hotel, as we were all eager to get to bed. There was a table with some bottled water and jugs of fruit juice to help ourselves.
We were in room 121, an inland facing view. The room was nice but the view was not great - facing an apartment block and just over where the bins are collected every morning. If this would really bother you then I suggest paying extra for the sea facing views but as my husband and myself both sleep with earplugs and the curtains were black out - we were fine! The room had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, champagne flutes and fruit plate waiting for us, along with two sandwiches and bottled water in the fridge. There was an nespresso machine with pods replaced daily, robes and slippers, a free safe, hairdryer and toiletries.
The All Inclusive was genuinely superb. There is a different theme every night - International Night, Gala Night, Cyprus Night etc. People have said breakfast is repetitive but if you go down to breakfast and have a fry-up every day, it will be! There’s so much to choose from at brekkie - cereal, yoghurt, fry-up, pancakes, waffles, porridge, pastries, fruit salad and breads and cheeses. Lunch and dinner just get better and better with waiter service for drinks. Yes there are cats about and we did feed them and I don’t care if you think that’s wrong...
The drinks on All Inclusive are fantastic! I’m dreading my blood alcohol level returning to normal. Make sure to meet Mark Williams (Will) at the pool bar who is super! Knowledgeable about the hotel, general area and diving and has plenty of stories up his sleeve. His wife, Maureen, is usually on at dinner service and just as great. They are a real asset to this hotel and we will miss them!
Also meet Albin and Paul who are on the entertainment team. Both amazing characters with so much to add to this hotel. We went on one of the free excursions with them both and really enjoyed.
This isn’t a party hotel and nowhere near the strip but plenty on for those who want to. We signed up for wine tasting (free), star gazing (free), body scrubs (free) and the sculpture tour (paid for the bus). We also booked the external boat trip for £20 each!
I really would recommend this hotel and in particular the staff, food and the spa. Hire one of the poolside gazebo/double beds for the day - they are 20 Euro for the day and you get waiter service from Will and an off menu cocktail. They are so comfy and relaxing!
