The Arcadia Boutique Hotel is a small charming and luxury hotel set into a historical 17th century Venetian Palazzo. The restoration work has preserved the original architecture of the building and staying here means being surrounded by an exclusive atmosphere in a unique environment.

The bed and pillows are orthopedic and hypoallergenic, and the floor is wood. The Skyfall bar is in the Grand Salon on the piano nobile, just in the heart of the Palazzo and it’s here that you can relax, have a cold drink when it’s hot outside and when the light of the day becomes so intense and rich that light and shade totally change inside the Palazzo.
Hotel Arcadia’s generous and delicious breakfast of homemade cakes and biscuits, tasty preserves, cold cuts and assorted cheeses, vegetables, eggs, and seasonal fruits.

Arcadia perfect hotel in Venice
My wife and I just returned from a four night stay at the Arcadia Boutique Hotel in the Cannaregio area of Venice. Perfect location away from the crush of people in St. Mark's area or realty area. Extremely helpful staff with special thanks to Davide and the owner, Luigi, who upgraded us to a Junior Suite and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Breakfasts were great, location very close to train station and the Jewish quarter with great restaurants nearby. Firm beds, very quiet rooms and one of the best showers we've had in years of traveling. Outstanding value !
Stayed two nights and their staff is great. Nice breakfast upstairs, which I highly recommended. Daniele, a staff member, is a wealth of local knowledge with excellent English. As the hotel is close to the key 1 and 2 vaporetto lines, you have both convenience and a great value!
Beautiful Boutique Hotel Located in Convenient Spot!
We did not quite know what to expect when we booked this hotel for one night on our recent anniversary trip but were very pleasantly surprised! It's a little difficult to find as it has a small sign and entrance but the inside is incredible. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms clearly designed by high end interior designers, wonderful lobby sitting area upstairs and excellent staff. We will be recommending this spot to adults and couples traveling to Venice who want to stay on the northern end or near the train station for years to come.
Everything was perfect!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!
The beds were great, breakfast was wonderful and bathroom and room were clean.
For our next time in Venice, we will spend our holiday once again in this beautiful hotel!!
Tucked on to a Main Street in the Canneregio (near the Guiglia bridge and close to the Jewish Ghetto area) is a little gem with amazing service and lovely rooms. Thanks to reading a review given by a business acquaintance a couple of years ago I settled on the Arcadia among the sea of Venice possibilities. It had three vs four stars for some reason but glad I trusted my friend’s review: it was perfect for me. Owner Luigi and all the staff were incredibly gracious. Room was definitely teeeny - so good I was traveling light and solo — but nicely appointed. And breakfast was just right. (The server even ran to get me some gluten free baked goods they Lee on hand.) thanks everyone! (The gelateria was my view at night!)
A memorable hotel
all was just great in this hotel. superior room, friendly and helpful staff, perfect breakfast and .... i'll surely book the same hotel next time i'm travelling to Venice. a very good access to popular shops, restaurants, easy access to grand canal and water bus.
Worth going back!
Excellent boutique hotel. New and clean with great breakfast spread and excellent coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great with easy walk to 2 water bus stops for either touring along the Grand Cannel or to the islands. 10 mins walk to main train station too. We will definitely come back.
Excellent services and great location
The hotel is very easy to find and it is located in the area you can walk to everything. The services are excellent, very friendly stuff and very helpful. It was my first visit to Venice and when I checked-in I've got a map with information what I might like to visit, where it is located, how to navigate through the city, where to buy tickets, what interesting exhibitions are around the city. The breakfast is amazing. I love staying there!
One of the best welcome we had
We have hardly seen so welcoming and nice people in our tourist life. Sometimes, you meet one friendly person and the others are not. But at Arcadia, everyone makes you feel at home.
It looks that we were not customers, but old friends. The extreme kindliness of the whole team wipes the side "old fashioned" of the building. We do recommend to stay at the Arcadia !!!!!
Lovely Hotel to stay in Venice
Arcadia is a lovely boutique hotel in the peaceful Cannaregio area and is just a ten minute walk from the Bus station. The hotel is near many nice restaurants, shopping stores and ATMs. The check-in was very swift and smooth.
The rooms are immaculately clean and are a nice blend of venetian design with ultra modern amenities. The staff is welcoming and courteous.
The breakfast spread is delectable. And yes they have a high speed wifi and "Roberto Cavalli" toiletries!!😀 Overall, a very good place to stay.
Exceptional & Welcoming Hospitality with Superb Accommodation and Location
After travelling from the cruise port on the Vaporetto during a rain and hail storm we arrived at the Arcadia Boutique hotel drenched to the bone and cold. The front desk greeted us like long lost friends and insisted we take to our room and dry off and warm up before formally completing the check in. We were then brought up to the breakfast station for a cappuccino and a warm lemon croissant.
Needless to say...the staff both at the front desk and breakfast station turned one of our worst travel experiences into one of our best travel memories and that genuine welcoming attitude remained throughout our stay.
The room is clean & spotless, spacious and well appointed with the modern traveler in mind (power outlets with a strong & fast WiFi). Location is great with lots of dining choices nearby and close to the train station.
Breakfast is wonderful and a really great cappuccino.
Our stay in Venice wasn't long enough so it will require another visit and without hesitation we will book at the Arcadia. We would like to thank all the staff including the young lady at the breakfast station for your warm care and attention during our stay.
Great Boutique Hotel
Superb hotel. Great location. Easy walk to vaporetto stops on the Grand canal or to the islands Murano & Burano. 10 min walk to station. Good restaurants nearby. Great room, spotless, comfortable, with tea/coffee, safe etc. Excellent breakfast. Luigi & his team were excellent. Professional, friendly, helpful, giving good advice, even printing passes and tickets. From our check in welcome to checking out we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location, superb service!
Friends recommend this hotel after they stayed in Venice and had only good things to say. We were extremely happy with the complete experience and would definitely return!
First the service in the hotel is five star quality! The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were given great recommendations for restaurants, sights and general city info. We were made to feel like “guests” not just another tourist! Massive compliment to the staff.
The rooms well appointed, large bed, large shower and enough to make it luxurious without being over the top. We had room 53 which was facing the back and very quiet. The breakfast although basic had everything you would expect from bakery items, fruit, fresh coffee to order and some hot items.
The location is only 400 metres by the train station if you are coming from Florence etc... Otherwise but is also 300 metres away.
Thanks to the staff, we loved our stay.
Fantastic Hotel in a Great Location
We couldn't fault this hotel. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite free of charge. This was of course a very nice surprise, and the room was a very good size, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was also very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly too and eager to please, which really added to our stay. We had a great introduction to Venice on arrival, and the service at breakfast was exceptional thanks to a very friendly lady whose name we did not get. The breakfast itself was also really good. Whilst the choice was of course a little more limited than a large hotel, it was still the best selection we've had at a boutique hotel, and everything was fresh and tasted good.
Another plus was the location. It's in a less touristy part of Venice, and despite not being right on a canal, it only takes a few seconds to walk to the nearest one, just off of the Grand Canal. Conveniently this part of the canal (Guglie Bridge) is only 2 stops on the water taxi from the airport. The hotel is on the end of a great shopping street too, which leads straight to the Rialto Bridge after a 10-15 minute walk.
Whilst the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, we were spoilt for choice when it came to restaurants in the area immediately around the hotel. The ones we tried were fantastic and seemed more authentic and better value than in the most popular areas.
All in all, an incredibly good stay and we'll definitely be back. It certainly made getting engaged to my girlfriend in Venice even more special!
