We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The location was great and we loved our room with an inside jacuzzi. The hotel is next to the beach and next to loads of restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful & friendly, espically the bar man at the pool bar. The dinner was delicious and we enjoyed a massage in the spa area. The only negative would be the breakfast, not a great English breakfast but did have a good continental options. Great hotel, we would defo recommend and will be returning!
Well worth it
Exllent rooms and staff are brilliant. Nice view good food. Loads of different options in the hotel plus its near to all the nice bar and restaurants. Will be back here again.. Recomended for couples.
Modern with great customer service!
Stayed here a few months back, only now getting around to writing a review. One thing to mention first, I paid in advance for shared taxi ride to the hotel, a shuttle bus is also available but these options are not that cheap. But later in my stay discovered there is a really good bus service between Hersonissos and Heraklion which stops at the airport, I would use this in future, there is a small kiosk by the bus stop to buy a ticket.
Hotel is only a short walk from the bay and town centre and is clean, modern and all staff seemed helpful, attentive and speak good English. There is a spa and pool area with a bar and loungers, though I imagine during the height of summer it would be difficult to find a spot to sit, especially as the hotel has recently gone through an expansion. Rooms are nice and all come equipped with air-con, powerful showers and TV (with several English language channels) a small fridge with tea and coffee facilities. I just went for the breakfast option and its well worth it, its buffet style with a great choice of hot and cold options. My only slight niggle was the fact the hotel is build 'courtyard' style, so all rooms access a central area which is all tiled so noise is echoed and amplified a bit, but it not a issue if you get up reasonably early. Also all doors have card reader access, which for some reason make this odd jingle when you insert it, which I found a bit annoying as you hear it all the time in your room.
I went there at the end of April and you could see the preparations in town for the summer season to start in May so if you want a quieter time I would go before then. I also rented a car for a day to go exploring, though this was not particularly cheap it was good fun. I would say there is not a huge amount to do in the town, for me as a single traveller a week was too long, there are lots of bars and restaurants, shops etc but not much else. I think with hindsight I would have rented a car from day one and toured the entire island staying at different hotels, but if you want a nice holiday laying in the sun and eating good food and enjoying Cretan hospitality its the place for you!
Great Holiday.... again!
I was in the hotel again (last time Aug. 2017) with my girlfriend, because of the great memory from last year!
The hotel has expanded and this year we got a room in the new building. The room was great (bigger as in the main building). The climate has worked always, so there was no problems to sleep.
The location of the hotel is also very good, some steps to the sea and 2 min to the city.
The buffet in the morning and also on the evening was always good and fresh. On some days there was also some special events like "Greek night".
The service was also great and friendly! Special thanks to Olivia and the guy at the pool!
This renovated hotel was a surpise.
We've been in ground suite "Giorgio" (there are three of them total) with awesome semi-private terrace and jacuzzi which we really enjoyed to waste our time at.
Room itself is not too too big, yet it felt very fresh and modern, with a nice blue LED light, the theme of hotel. Having suite you wont be sitting in you room but chilling on your own sunbed at your own terrace anyway.
Stuff was really kind, everyone of them. From tech-guys and maid that kept our room and jacuzzi clean to Nikos the ruler himself who really helped out in bunch of questions. Kudos!
Mini-bar prices are quite low (Cola for just €1 for example), room service offers vegeterian dishes as well as traditional ones.
The restauraunt where hotel serves breakfasts and dinners at 4 floor offers you a nice panoramic sea view, there is also nice live music and a live vocal from time to time.
For a beach if you decide not to use beach the hotel offers and prefer less busy beaches you want to go to ones that are located behind Maris ~15 min walk, you wont miss them in your try to get behind Cr.Maris. Just keep going futher until you find one that suites you best.
It was a great experience overall and for sure hotel goes to our short-list of Hersonissos accommodations.
We are definitely coming back!
Great location, a small walk from bars but no enough away for it to not be too noisy. We had half board, good choices for both meals. Great room with nice pool view. Very friendly staff. The hotel was great value for money.
Lovely hotel for adults and couples
Stayed here for 6 nights, had a few problems with our first room when checking in but was upgraded instantly to a room with a jacuzzi. Also included was a free massage for both of us as well as a A la carte meal. Spa was lovely and relaxing with a hydro bath, steam room and sauna. Very peaceful and relaxing area, not far from main row of pubs and restaurants and right next to the beach. Staff were kind and friendly, definitely would visit again!
Exquisite and Relaxing
An absolutely beautiful spot with coves, private beaches, lovely swimming areas as well as delicious and fresh local produce and attentive professional service. A great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the Greek Islands.
Best Hotel in Crete!
Visited Crete with a group of friends all the way from Australia and had the most amazing experience at Infinity Blue. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were unbelievably clean and comfortable. The view was phenomenal and the restaurant had the freshest, and best tasting food in all of Greece! This is my second time here and I can’t wait to come again next year! Would ugly recommend for both couples and individuals who are seeking a beautiful getaway from the busy city.
Nice hotel, super staff
I stayed here while on a business trip, it’s much more a holiday hotel, but I was very comfortable there during my short stay. Breakfast was very good, fresh and delicious, rooms are pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are excellent, very helpful. The pool area is nice and the restaurant attached to the hotel is great, we had a delicious dinner there.
