Honey moon

4/5 - October, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Me and my husband visited augusta September 15th for a week, it's very quiet and lots of older people there, only a few young couples. It's definitely not a party hotel it's more sit back relax and enjoy in peace. Small pool outside is lovely right next to the outside bar. Always so clean and tidy. The cleaners was always friendly and chatty very nice staff. Special mention to Ana the bar lady she was great so chatty and always making sure we had our drinks. Quick service when she was on I think other staff on the bar could learn alot from her. The food was OK always a show chef and always an option of something you want to eat. I wouldn't say food is absolutely amazing but it's just like any other half board/all inclusive type. You can see all the staff work very hard and are very friendly not to in you're face but making it comfortable for you to ask things if needed or make conversations. Entertainment every night was fab always something different. If you can't sleep through noise ask for a room not over looking pool area. We had pool view we was happy about that as I like to have a drink on the balcony and watch the entertainment. Spa downstairs that you can use once a day is such a treat its lovely and very private only a few people at a time. If you want more lively it's just round the corner from the strip perfect for wanting to roam around. Llroret is lovely we will he back next year and hoping to one day go back to Agusta when we are lucky enough to have another kid free week.

Lovely bar/lounge area, fantastic staff, tatty rooms

4/5 - September, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

We stayed for a week, half board at the Augusta Club in September 2018.
Hotel - I was really impressed with the Lounge/bar area, looked very nice. The bar staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and happy. Gin & Tonics were expensive, but Wine was super cheap and tasty. The Gym area and toilets were really lovely as well.
The room - The room however was a quite disappointing, parts of it were very tatty, the bath was very rusted around the plug hole. But we got fresh towels every day which was nice and it seemed clean.
The Food - The food was better than I expected for a half board all you can eat set up. Lots of variety and tasted good. Puddings were always a little disappointing, but after all the savoury food I had eaten I probably didn't need pudding too! The staff were all friendly and helpful, however the Show cooking chef was the grumpiest man on the planet which we found amusing.
The Pool - The pool is basic, but good for what we needed, the area was clean and had plenty of seating and loungers. The toilets for the pool are really fancy, but you have to walk through the car park to get to them, not ideal in bare feet!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay with the exception of the actual room which was tatty and needed a refurb. But we didn't spend too much time in there, so didn't ruin our holiday at all. I've rated 3 as its not quite a 4 star quality hotel in my opinion.

Relaxing break

5/5 - August, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Spent four days in this lovely adult only spa hotel. Has a nice outside pool and bar, delicious buffet style meals and small but relaxing spa area. Although not by beach front this is a benefit if you like a more peaceful location. A short 10minute stroll takes you to the busy beachfront. Staff were very helpful and friendly which made our stay enjoyable. Only criticism is that the rooms are small but are well air conditioned.

Wonderful break

5/5 - August, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Spent 10 days here in July and had the best time possible.
It’s not a fancy 5 star hotel and provided you’re not expecting one you should not be disappointed.
When the doors open at the entrance there is such a welcoming smell every time.
All the staff are excellent and while it’s not fully fair to single any out, Ana at the bar and Javier who seems to run the restaurant and bar do deserve a special mention.
The food is excellent and there is plenty to choose from, with options changing every day.
Downstairs from reception there is a spa pool, sauna and steam room which can be booked for 1 hour for free each day.
Not a lot of sun beds around, but 15 mins walk takes you to the beach.
The pool is kept spotlessly clean and is extremely refreshing for a dip after lying in the sun.
This was my first time at Lloret De Mar and I expect we will most likely return in the future. I would have no problem with booking again at Augusta Club.
