The H10 White Suites has been fully refurbished in an elegant, welcoming interior design with an Arabic touch that blends perfectly with the traditional architectural style of the complex. This adults-only hotel lies in Playa Blanca, a fishing village in the south of Lanzarote, only a short walk from the Playa Dorada sandy bay and the long beach of Playa Blanca waiting for you. The Cueva de los Verdes caves, an underground tunnel created by volcanic activity, is about an hour's drive away.
Decorated with a very contemporary design, the Suites consist of a bedroom, separate lounge and balcony or terrace with views of the garden and/or pool.
Enjoy a relaxing break in the 'Despacio Beauty Center' of H10 White Suites. In the hotel’s sub-tropical garden there is an extensive pool area with 2 pools, a waterfall with small bridges, rocks and palm trees as well as a sun terrace with loungers.
In H10 White Suites you have a choice of different dishes and culinary highlights from Canary Island cuisine every day. The Show Cooking in the 'Bamboo' restaurant, with a terrace area, is especially popular. For tasty snacks during the day the 'La Choza' pool bar is the right place. This offers à la carte and buffet dishes at lunchtime, in-between snacks and evening entertainment. A special highlight is the 'La Haima' next to the pool with Balinese beds. The 'Sirocco' bar in the lobby of H10 White Suites is open in the evenings and offers a wide choice of refreshing drinks along with live music.
The Playa Dorada sandy bay lies about 300 m away. The centre of Playa Blanca is a short 10-minute walk along the beach promenade, while you will find restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
The H10 White Suites is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful, exclusive environment for relaxing as a couple or having a good time with friends. Recommended for adults over 16, the hotel benefits a wide range of services designed for adults and a carefully prepared range of dining options.
SENTIDO H10 White Suites Hotel Video
Currently four days in to a two week stay. This is our second visit and cannot rate the accommodation, food and staff highly enough. Requested in advance the same room we had last year & this has been honoured and the suite re-furbished. Just wish that hotel would insist that people do not access pool area prior to breakfast whilst the sunbeds and pool area are being cleaned.
Mid-August break away from the foster children, this adults only hotel was a great place to stay, never an issue on sunbeds you could get one at any time.
The two pools - ample size for the hotel, one had steps into a constant deep pool and the other stepped into a shallow end first.
Food - the main restaurant served a very good food breakfast (cava available), midday and evening meal, wine by the glass or bottle as well as the normal drinks, pool bar served food of a good standard but be careful this depends on the chef (we did have some rare burgers)
Entertainment - good day and evening entertainment, fab lunch time sax player around the pool.
Accommodation was mostly good some of the rooms look tired but overall good, only had one issue of a leaking air conditioner but one call to reception and it was fixed.
Overall a fab relaxing hotel, great staff, well presented, good food, good drink, good entertainment and a great location.
Currently staying at H10 Sentido for our honeymoon! Place is absolutely beautiful, clean and peaceful! We’re all inclusive-the food is readily available, delicious, and varied! They really do cater for all kinds of foodies!!
Drinks include top shelf spirits, and cocktails are part of the all inclusive deal!!
My husband (who isn’t a sun worshiper) is loving the hotel activities during the day! Staff are all very friendly, and can’t do enough for you.
Fab holiday so far!!!
Excellent Couples Break for Winter Sun
We stayed here for 5 nights in October, the room was spacious with a separate lounge area and balcony overlooking the pool. The room was modern with good decor and was also very clean. The pool area was a bit small but nothing to complain about. Drinks were of low quality but I have found that was similar at these sort of places. The hotel was in a great location with a short walk to the sea front bars and restaurants, as well as the nearby marina. We would certainly recommend.
I booked this hotel on an all inclusive package , we had been here before in September 2017 and we re booked due to the superb customer service at this hotel. What a great choice I made to come back, from the accommodation to the food and the people we met it was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and well maintained with one of the biggest and most comfy beds I have ever seen in Spain. The pool area was clean and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic and always had a great selection of food. Special thanks to two hard working staff Alejandro from Seville and Lucia who are a credit to the hotel.
Perfect romantic stay
We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and had a good stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Our front door did not close very well so we could hear the wind blowing through it at night and loud music in the evening. Bathroom was ok, but our shower leaked a little. Some of the bathrooms were renovated. We had an older one.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very tasty. Food was freshly served and very qualitative. There were always sun beds available at the pool, you never had to rush. Nice evening shows and music at the pool bar. Sometimes you needed to wait a little too long for a cocktail or other drink at the pool bar, more staff would be recquired there. We would like to thank Paulina from reception to help us when we needed to go to the hospital at night. We appreciated it very much!
Perfect for relaxation
Ideal adults only hotel in Playa Blanca Lanzarote. The best asset of this hotel is it's warm and welcoming staff from the maintenance man to the manager a hello from everyone everyday.
A great choice of food either cooked to order or from the huge ready prepared buffet. Busy times are between 20:30 and 21:00 where you may have to wait to be seated for up to 10 minutes or so.
Large airy rooms kept spotlessly clean fresh towels bed linen etc. Views are not great from the balconies if possible ask for a second floor overlooking the pool.
Great place to unwind and relax if you want to do just that, no loud music or ball game etc around the pool. There is an entertainments team and on offer is archery, rifle shooting, darts, aerobics etc, but it's not pushed down your throat.
Entrainment every evening from 21:30 to 22:30 live music Flamenco dancing etc all of a good standard.
Minor criticisms, some of the towels need replacing, and some crockery could also needs replacing odd chips etc.
Sun bed cushions also need to be replaced or refurbished as a little stained.
All in all very good value for money and we would revisit this hotel.
Went for 2 weeks in July on half board basis. On arrival (late at night) the hotel was welcoming and told us to get a meal while they sorted rooms. Once in the room we were really happy with the quality of the suite - 2 rooms with 2 large TVs and a nice bathroom. A little bonus was the coffee machine (we ended up ordering one while there!) and the courtesy bottles of water each day. The quality of food was very good and the ability to swap the evening meal for lunch was most welcome. Drinks in the restaurant were very reasonably priced, about €3 for a beer and less for a glass of wine. Dress code a little frustrating at times as men forced to wear long trousers but women allowed to wear pretty much whatever, saw far too much of some ladies backsides in tiny denim shorts at evening meal but I could not wear smart tailored shorts. Pool area was lovely and really good that live entertainment is on during the day around the pool. Staff could not do enough for you in every area, whatever your nationality! Location perfect with marina one way and old town the other. Gutted to leave - would definitely revisit Playa Blanca and this hotel.
It was my second stay at the same hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and friendly. You can feel safe and well looked after by the staff.Hotel is very near the beach and town center with plenty of shops - 10 min. walk.Across the road you will find supermarket, medical center is located beside hotel. All complex is very clean and well maintained, plenty of flowers around.Decorated in nice style- warm and soft colors.Rooms are very clean- cleaned daily, daily towels change.Air con. working perfectly.Food is amazing- quality and presentation outstanding.Restaurant is never overcrowded - flow of guests allows every one to have a meal in relaxing atmosphere , you are assisted by waiters in 3-5 min. from arrival to the table.I appreciate effort made to accommodate me with early breakfast and allow me to use restaurant at 04:30am.
Enough space at pool.Evening entertainments - suitable for everyone.I enjoyed tenors show and saxophonist recital. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel and i am hoping to come back again. Well done to all staff and mangers.
Amazing experience we've visited before and it never fails! The suites are spotless with the surrounding areas very clean & kept very tidy. The food is amazing with plenty of choice. Always loads of sunbed available with a fab poolside bar. Well done to all the extremely friendly staff who offer genuine smiles & 'ola' s to everyone thank you for another great holiday.
Fabulous time away!
My husband and I attended white suits on our honeymoon in June! We went mid June, and the weather wasn't so great, but the hotel was beautiful. The apartment style rooms are fantastic - they were clean, and the beds were made and rooms cleaned everyday to a high standard.
The pool was a little cold, but once in was lovely. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Always said hello as you walked past. The restaurant was a little bit small, and there wasn't a huge range of food, but there was always something I could eat (I'm a fussy eater!). They are strict about men wearing trousers to meal times.
As it was our honeymoon, we received free champagne and chocolate truffles in our room on arrival, as well as gorgeous red rose petals scattered all over the bed! It was stunning and such a surprise. It was also my husband's birthday whilst we were there, so he also received a free cream cake and was sang to in the restaurant, and again, more champagne!
We spent a lot of time wandering down the beach, which was a 10min walk away, if that. There were loads of restaurants and shops close by too which we walked to regularly. The harbourside was about 20 mins away - we got a ferry to Fuerteventura for the day - nicer beaches and ice cream places. It was about an hour ferry ride.
We did lots of trips arranged with Thonas Cook, and had a fab time away! We loved the hotel and would love to go back!
Very good hotel
From the moment you arrive you feel on vacation. The staff is really friendly. We didn't had a renovated room but that was still ok, even there are some details that should be renovated. The beds are very good and that's for us very important. Everything in the room we needed was there and also very spacious.
The food in het restaurant is also good and every day different and you always find something that you like. We only had to wait once, but that was only 5min, so no problem.
At the swimmingpool there were beds enough. Sometimes when you arrived ad the afternoon you have to search a little bit but that's normal. The floor around the pool could be cleaner.
Firstly this hotel is in perfect location within walking distance to town and lovely marina. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly on arrival, our room wasn't ready but not a problem as we enjoyed a couple of drinks and lunch by the pool while we waited. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and my husband had contacted the hotel to arrange for flowers in our room, we also had a bottle of champagne and truffles which was lovely. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. My only negatives are food a bit bland and repetitive but there was a real variety to choose from so always plenty to eat. I think in evening it would be nice to be welcomed in and shown to tables. I must say how hard the staff work and we're always pleasant especially the girls at the pool bar. We enjoyed daytime entertainment especially the saxophonist this added to the chilled atmosphere. There are plenty of sun beds but we always had to move and arrange beds ourselves and the pool attendants definitely do not move towels etc from beds that have been left we had beds near us with towels on that were empty for hours!! The evening bar with virtual dj was very repetitive showing same videos over again, we stopped going and went outside the hotel in the evenings. All in all we had a very relaxing 10 days. Thank you again to staff for their hard work.
I’m somewhat surprised by some of the negative comments on here regarding this fantastic hotel. This was our third visit to Playa Blanca and the first to White Suites, we decided to make a change this year and what a great decision that was.
Despite what some of the recent reviewers have said this is a superb hotel. Everything from the welcome to the day to day interactions – absolutely every member of staff would greet you with an ‘Hola’ and a smile.
We were all inclusive and found this well worth the money. The spirt measures were very generous, and these were not limited to local brands, beers top quality as with the wines. Regarding the pool bar, agree the wait was at times frustrating however this was normally down to those ordering cocktails – Alex behind the bar is an absolute star and deserves a medal, so professional and always smiling.
I have never eaten so much and there really is something for everyone. I loved the open cooking and the breakfast omelettes were gorgeous. My wife who could be classed as a fussy eater always found something to eat and never went hungry.
Loved the pools, I do agree that a lot of reserving went on but a word with the lifeguard usually resolved any issues.
All in all, this is a superb hotel in a great location. I am a great believer in treat people how you’d like to be treated.
Can’t wait to return.
Lovely, relaxing break
Returned last Thursday from a week's break. Absolutely fantastic hotel. All the staff are a real credit to the business, very friendly. Large rooms, good choice of food. Different entertainment every night and they do a romantic, couples night on a Wednesday which is lovely, with a couple of surprise treats. Hotel is in an ideal location, close to shops, sea front and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
Only tip to mention- men have to wear trousers in the restaurant for dinner, which a lot of booking sites don't advise! :-) :-)
Great holiday, very good food, hard working staff. Fantastic pool bar staff, good entertainment in the evening. Adults hotel, so nice, quite & relaxing. Good location, reconnmend a trip to the volcanic national park.
A March Break
White Suites is a lovely complex of individual suites, (adults only) situated around 2 swimming pools. It feels secure, well managed and friendly. Our suite was very clean and well appointed and had its own patio and patio furniture. There are a variety of free activities provided if you wish to partake, but these are not pushed. I enjoyed the Pilates and yoga. The is an excellent restaurant, serving a huge variety of meal choices; some cooked to order others on a help yourself basis. There is also a cafe/snack bar and outdoor bar/club area and an indoor bar. Each has different live music in the evening. But it was never so loud that you felt it would disturb people who wanted a quiet evening in. There were B&B, half board and all inclusive options. The complex is about a gentle 10 minute walk from the beach and a general store is just across the road. There is a good selection of restaurants, cafes, shops etc, within walking distance from the complex. The local market runs twice a week and is definitely worth a visit. Haggling is strongly recommended! Weather was warm but a little windy. My husband and I would definitely go back to White Suites again.
Sentido White Suites
Totally loved this place. Staff, Food, Room, etc etc etc. Everything about it was fantastic. All inclusive , adults only. Superb!!! Entertainment, both afternoons and evenings was first class. We will definitely be returning.
Great adults only hotel
We stayed for 10 days in June and the hotel was everything we wanted and more.
Great staff who are always happy to help and welcome you with a smile, nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, our room,104 was on the ground floor. It had a terrace which was set back from the path to give plenty of privacy but still had a lovely view of the pool area.
We spent most evenings in the Haima Bar watching music videos on the screen it was a good place to relax and have a few drinks.
There was plenty of choice at meal times, we were all inclusive and we never found it repetitive. Plenty of fresh fish, meat, salads, vegetables, cheese, the list is endless.
The hotel is in an ideal location between the town and the marina, about 10 minutes walk to either.
If you want a relaxing holiday with good service, delicious food and varied entertainment then this is the place to go.
Perfect restful holiday
11 nights half board nice hotel, I would rate as four star. Plenty of nice fresh food, salads veg & fruit, lots of choice as well as the naughty desserts & fabulous cheeses. Very well situated, 20 mins stroll to town & marina. outside entertainers each night il divo very talented.
Staff all very nice cleaners gardeners reception never passed you without a greeting.
Only negatives was that all sunbeds taken by 9am although a nice few deckchairs which were comfortable & able to sit in sun or shade.
Pool on the small side for anyone who likes more than a casual dip.
Nice touches like coffee machine & free kettle hire, free courtesy room on departure day.
Special mention to the lovely porter who when taking us to our room on check in gave us a commentary on the facilities to familiarise us with the
hotel layout. & gorgeous Jorge (your welcome) the waiter absolutely charming both of them. If you like this hotel but fancy a change H10 ocean suites in Correlejo similar but larger pool. Also quiet but close to lively town.
Well done H10 you are doing a great job!!
We have just returned from this holiday after a 10 night stay , your always a little unsure
about a new holiday choice but i must say it's 1 of the best places we have been to where
everything was perfect from check in to check out. All the staff are so friendly from reception, room maids, entertainment and restaurant staff. The hotel is kept spotless clean
the rooms are lovely with a bedroon and lounge room with the bathroom in between ,the food was really good even if your a fussy eater you'll never starve all in all each and every member of staff deserve a pat on the back for all their hard work. We will definitely be returning THANK YOU ALL for a wonderfull holiday.
Arrived early evening quick check in handed our key and told where to go would have been nice to be shown to our room and not just given directions.
We had a upper room (had e-mailed ahead and asked for a room on floor 2) rooms are lovely they were clean and well laid out with a separate living area. Coffee machine with coffee pods but would have been nice if the rooms had a kettle as we don`t drink coffee.
Balcony had plastic table with 2 chairs and 1 sun lounger with a nice view of the pool.
Pool area was clean and well maintained with lots of loungers & parasols twice in the week they had a sax player playing at the pool `nice touch`
Restaurant was lovely food good, only one night we had to wait for a table but was only a 10 minute wait. They done a romance night which was a lovely night red rose for the ladies table set up with red napkins and we were given a glass of pink sparkling wine. They had singers walking around the restaurant they had the most amazing voices i could have listened to them all night.
The hotel is well situated supermarket next to the hotel and only 5 minute walk to the beach (lovely beach area) go left and you can walk to the Marina (Marked on Wednesdays and Saturdays) and right to the harbour both nice walks lots of cafes and restaurants to stop for a drink or lunch.
Staff all friendly and helpful hotel and grounds spotless and would defiantly go back.
Brilliant relaxed holiday
I have read a lot about the hotel before I arrived a bit concerned before I arrived.
As soon as I walked in the hotel I felt totally at home champagne on arrival as you know readings the reviews
We booked superior rooms overlooking the pool area but I’m sure all the suites are just as good
What stands out is the loyalty off staff they could not do enough for you .We had a few teething problems but reception and customer services at the hotel. Isabella sorts out any problems just ask. Brilliant food and chilled out hotel just what we needed .
If you want a chill out time try the papala for a day at the hotel you are totally spoilt
During the day you have the staff if you want to get involved activities but not in your face and the singing chefs in the restaurant was a nice touch
I’ve still got 5 days left it feel s like I’ve been here a month total relaxing.
I had the best holidays ever. H10 Sentido White Suites is an amazing place. I booked a week holidays, all included where I could stain in the hotel and enjoy the pool, food, drinks and just relax. I loved it. I was amazed at how clean the hotel is. Everything is so cleaned, spotless. Staff is amazing, always ready to serve you with a smiling in their faces. Food is fantastic, so many varieties of food and so delicious. I will definitely recommend you to spend your holidays there. I will definitely go back to H10 Sentido White Suites in Playa Blanca. Regarding drinks, I was a bit disappointed as the only draft beer is Sao Miguel, I would like to have had more options for beer in the hotel.
So I want to first of all mention the only negative thing about his hotel. Then I can give you all the good points which there were many.
The swimming pools there are two of them are a lot smaller than they look in the photos. Not so much of a problem but something to mention.
The main problem is the cleanliness of the pools are slightly lacking compared to any hotels i have been to before. There seems to be a design fault with the big palm tree in the middle of the pool. There was a few leaves and a lot seeds in the bottom of the pool which weren’t cleaned for the 7 days we were there. One day there was a bottle of water and a plaster wrapper floating about. On the First day went for a swim and three dead flies floated past my face can say this was slightly off putting.
I know these are new pools so might be teething issues maybe the drainage systems that clears out all junk is perhaps not working as it should. There was a life guard but he didn’t move from the chair he sat in all day .One day a member of management came out and gave him some kind of talking to as he was then seen with a little rod cleaning the pool. That never happened again on our stay though.
Literally everything else. The sun loungers are as comfy as beds and I left my towel once and it was removed so they do adhere to this policy.
Room are modern and clean with a fancy coffee machine plenty of room and storage.Even had a sun lounger on the balcony.
Pool bar snacks were great ate there every day.Plenty of choice and tasty.
Breakfast more choices than you know what to do with .
We ate out most nights the marina is a great place to eat but we did have one night at the hotel.
Fresh food was cooked if you wanted it they had so many desserts and the sup was the nicest soup I have ever had.
Also revived a rose upon entry which was cute.
The hotel is in a good location and all the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
We asked for late check out which we got and we borrowed an iron for one hour. This cane to our room 5 minutes after the request.
Bonus points were just little extra that you wouldn’t expect two days they ha hired a singer around the pool.Best experience so relaxing and enjoyable.
Another day someone came round handing out free fruit all cut up strawberry’s and melons on sticks.
So apart from the one negative thing this hotel is well worth going to.
First time in Lanzarote so wanted the busiest location and I think we found it.Roughly midway between the marina and the town with a lovely promenade between the two.
The Hotel comprises of the pool and hotel facilities surrounded by the suites which are 2 storey buildings. The suites are very spacious with a front bedroom area with it's own tv and a rear lounge area with it's own tv and a patio area, bathroom is in the middle.
The suite is fabulous, obviously recently refurbished to a very high standard.Down sides are shower only and not much of a view out the back, just scrubland but hey it's a volcanic island.Room was lovely but not much storage space, for instance most places have a shelf under basin unit in the bathroom.
The wi-fi is superb with a repeater on the ceiling and once you have set it the first time no dropping out or resetting needed.
No complaints about restaurant or food very good.I have to say the staff were wonderful and on the the few times we had an issue the usual applies, say something! The managers all bent over backwards to keep the customer satisfied.
The location is spot on,cross the road and there is short walkway down to the promenade, left to the Marina and right to the town. The Marina is a decent complex with a small shopping mall,a supermarket and the Marina itself which has selection of bars and restaurants. You could spend a good half day there.
The town is where the ferry port is,we took one to Fuertaventura and spent half a day at the resort there.
In the evening to the right of the end of the walkway there is a few lively bars with live music which varies each night.
Overall,if we ever came back to Lanzarote would come again.
Good clean accommodation with bedroom and living area. Very friendly efficient staff who made for a relaxing holiday. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out the staff were so helpful and accommodating and showed excellent team working. The animation team were very good being friendly but not intrusive. The restaurant show cooking at all meals was good and had a good choice. For me some of the starters and salad was not to my choice but I never walked out of the restaurant hungry. There was always an excellent cheese board and desserts. Overall a well run hotel and a hotel I would return to.
