Wonderful Hotel!

5/5 - September, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

I stayed in this lovely hotel for 1 week. The hotel is beautiful, whilst it is a huge hotel, did not find it impersonal. Spotlessly clean, amazing food, the choice was immense, lovely friendly, helpful staff, always smiling and cheerful. The staff are so hardworking from the pool attendants, to the dining room staff, the entertainment team, the cleaning staff, reception, spa team. Hope I haven't left anyone out as you all contributed to the smooth running of this hotel. I holidayed as a solo traveller and felt safe and looked after.

The hotel guests when I was there were about 80-90% German and I would have liked there to have been more of a British contingency to mix with and speak to but this did not detract from me enjoying this hotel.

The sunbeds are rather close together for my liking, but the design of the room balconies are really good and you feel totally private from the next room. I didn't visit the pool bar but the pizzeria was great and in a prime location to sit and look at the beach, sea, and people watch everyone strolling along the promenade. There was a little walkway from the pizzeria and you were just literally at the beach, this hotel is in such a good location.

I would say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far in Spain and would happily recommend it to anyone. 4 star hotel with a 5 star service!

Great Hotel

Just had 10 Wonderful Nights at this hotel. It is possibly the largest holiday hotel I have stayed in, but it certainly did not feel that way.
My wife broke her toe just before our holiday and when we went to our room it was a long march from the lifts for her to hobble. No problem, we were relocated by the lifts in a better room with a fantastic view, for that I say thank you.
The staff are very friendly and smiley all the time and service fantastic.
The restaurant was actually second to none, it was the best buffet restaurant I have experienced ever in Spain, with such a fantastic range of food, different fish each day.
Always plenty of sun beds around the stunning pool. We did the water aerobics daily which was brilliant fun with the visiting instructors.
Great area too, just 5 or 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle, so perfect in my book.
Never been a repeater, but if I was too start, it would be here.
Loved it, thank you Hipotels Mediterranean’s!!

Wonderful hotel -wonderful setting

5/5 - August, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Just returned from a five night stay in this excellent hotel. The room was just as expected with a lovely balcony looking out to sea. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and all the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast catered for everyone , the choice on offer far exceeded our expectations. Had a lovely meal in the Asian restaurant, though the times on offer were a little early.
The swimming pool was spotlessly clean, with ample sun beds and towels replaced daily for a small deposit. A two minure walk to the most gorgeous beach, clear warm water absolute bliss. The indoor pool and spa facilities were very good. Plenty of shops and bars along a promenade only a short stroll away. In fact there was nothing to dislike about our whole stay. The hotel had an air of peace and tranquility and we cannot wait to return!!

Fantastico!

We loved our time here, the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the staff very friendly. The location, directly on the beach at Sa Coma was fantastic and with bus stops directly outside the hotel, trips to other resorts on the local transport was a breeze... and so cheap too!
The breakfast buffet was lovely with fantastic choice each morning.
Our room was spacious with good facilities and an amazing sea view. Our only slight point of criticism was around the air-conditioning in both our room and throughout the hotel. It did work, but didn't seem to have enough capacity to handle what was granted a hot spell with temperatures in the mid 30s.

Everything we wanted.

Just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel. Lovely clean room and views. Best scrambled egg ever!! Restaurant food was amazing - also the speciality Mediterranean Restaurant al fresco. Not as keen on the Asian option.
Yes the English are in the minority but actually the mostly German, French, Spanish visitors were great.
Hotel has a very calm organised feel about it.
No issue with sunbeds as there are loads and no reserving rule is mainly adhered to. Lovely beach and sunbeds opposite if you fancy a change and some breeze phew!!
Lovely walks either way along the coast. Bars and restaurants to suit all - even found some karaoke for me!!
Thoroughly recommend for a gorgeous relaxing holiday.
Thanks to the excellent hotel staff and management.

Excellent Hotel

Have just returned from a terrific week at this lovely hotel. Travelled with elderly parents and the staff could not have been more helpful. All of the positive reviews are justified. The location is perfect - a few steps away from the beach and very close to where Sa Coma merges with the attractive resort of S’illot which provides a very pleasant evening walk, past cafes and shops, along the front. The food is of a very high standard in a very well run dining room. In fact we were struck by how well the hotel is managed and what an asset it has in Bettina who mingles with the guests and ensures any problems are addressed. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We paid for a premier sea view room which was very comfortable. The furnishings were getting a bit tatty and dated but this did not spoil our holiday. The rooms would benefit from a kettle and tea and coffee which you would expect in a hotel of this standard.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful particularly on the reception desk. The breakfast buffet was 10/10 with every type of food imaginable. We also opted for the evening buffet which also had plenty of choice.

I lovely hotel In a great location. We did have the normal problem of lack of sunbeds though!

It was our wedding anniversary and the staff ensured we had cava and chocolate in the room / lovely touch .

Definitely stay again.

Brilliant Adults Only Hotel-Truly Wonderful!

5/5 - July, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Just spent a week at this lovely Adults Only hotel and have to say it is brilliant in every way. Rooms, Food, Service, Facilities and location are just perfect. The staff really want to serve and look after you, and ensure you enjoy your stay. Hipotels have clearly invested significant money in renovations of this property and it has all been done to a very high standard. And one more really good thing is there are no screaming kids around the place - it’s pure adult peace and tranquillity. Well done to the team at the Hipotels Mediterraneo. The manager must be so proud to have such a wonderful team and an excellent hotel. We can’t wait to book again soon!

Lovely Hotel

5/5 - June, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

I booked this hotel for my husband, myself (60's), two daughters and son-in-law (late 20's) for four nights in June. The pictures make the hotel look rather large and impersonal but nothing could be further from the truth. We had a delightful stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well cared for and professionally run. The pool area was again, beautifully clean with a lovely calm ambience. The planted areas were so pretty and well cared for and the beach was literally next to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful with an amazing array of choices. On our final morning, even though we had a very early departure, there was a cold breakfast buffet available, with plenty of hot coffee.
The rooms were clean, well furnished with large balconies. Pool/beach towels (good quality) were available to hire for a returnable deposit of 15 euros and could be changed daily!
Evening entertainment was a little limited but that wasn't important to us.However, there were plenty of activities during the day including bike rides and beach volleyball.
We didn't explore a lot of the resort because we hired a car (organised at short notice by the front desk) and visited Cala Ratjada and Puerto Pollensa.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel, especially for older adults, who are looking for a quiet, relaxing break. I'm booking again already!

See you soon again

We booked a room with sea-view (which I still highly recommend as the other rooms are with a neighbourhotel-view) on the 1/2 floor only 1 week before the arrival directly on the Hipotel website. We choose breakfast and dinner to be included.
At our arrival we were told that we got upgraded on the 6th (highest) floor - we had an BREATHTAKING view on the sea, which was pale blue like from the photos. The room was big, clean and had everything you need - including Aloe Vera cream in case you get burned ;)

The breakfast was rich (with chocolate fountain - very important!) and at the dinner there were theme evenings (beverage excluded from the price). After that we always went to the evening show and had a drink. The whole service was very welcoming, friendly and motivated. They even spoke Spanish with us when they noticed that we were able to speak Spanish as well (and I really appreciated this as I don't see this as given in Spain). At lunch we always went to the Pizzeria of the hotel and with a main dish & beverage it costed about 12-15 euros per person which was totally worth it for what you got (nice salads, woks, pasta, pizza, etc).

You have towels included which you can change during the day (deposit of 15 euros once to pay per towel).

The pool was also quite big, clean as the wellness indoor pool. The only thing I can imagine is, that in high season there are not enough seats or a lot on the small space - but as the sea is in front of it and very clean, I recommend to go there :)

So we highly recommend the hotel and would love to visit it again as we had amazing relaxing days there! Thanks a lot to the whole staff again!

Breathtaking views

5/5 - June, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Came here on a "girls" holiday in May and were blown away by the view from our room, fantastic, love the glass balconies. The Hotel is right on the promenade and you couldn't ask for a better location. Really handy for all shops and restaurants. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Always something to chose from at breakfast and dinner, amazing selection which was frequently replenished by the wonderful staff. Yes, I agree with some reviewers re meal times as there could be a lot of "jumping the queue" but hey the food was plentiful and worth the short wait for if you were getting something cooked to order. Our only niggle was on the first day, nobody explained to us the procedure in the dining room as some hotels allocate you a table for your stay but here you just chose a table, ordered your drinks from the waiter/waitress then helped yourself to food. You could hire beach towels for your stay, getting them changed as often as you liked and getting the deposit back on your last day which we thought great as saved room in the case for the all important shopping! Can understand paying a deposit for the safe key which again was refunded when you handed it back but a bit disappointed that a rental charge made as well for something that we see as a necessity for security of your belongings. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers but all very close to one another, one way of making friends! One issue was the lifts. There are 4 in the main lobby but all are fairly small barely holding 4/5 people although they state 8. Do feel one should be designated for those with mobility needs as often you saw them waiting a while to be able to access one. There was entertainment provided each night in the bar, most of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Each and every member of staff was lovely and would do what they could to help you. In short, loved this hotel, loved the staff, loved Sa Coma and we will be back.

Lovely view, facilities could be improved

4/5 - May, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Me and my boyfriend were blown away with the sea view room we got. Nice big outdoor swimming pool but a couple of rainy days meant we had to use the indoor pool instead, this was also lovely but could get crowded. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room, this would have been a nice touch as a coffee after breakfast in the room on the balcony is always nice. We also didn’t have anything in our mini bar for the whole time we were there so no extra water for us - not sure if it was meant to be stocked, we did mention at reception. Breakfast selection was huge, something for everyone. Bar was nice with some entertainment in the evening. No pool towels or dressing gowns unless you pay a deposit, bit of a hassle. All in all I would recommend the hotel.

Fabulous hotel

5/5 - April, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

Just returned from a great holiday at this hotel, this was our third visit and again cannot fault this hotel room are clean bed is comfortable, and the food was exceptional both at breakfast and dinner with a superb choice (puddings to die for ) a THANKYOU to all the staff you were friendly and bar staff in particular who provided a great service. The entertainment was good although could have been better during the day , Thank you for the kind gesture of the tray of fruit delivered to our room and we are both looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful location

4/5 - April, 2018 Tripadvisor.com

After 12 hours of travel I was happy to reach the hotel. First impressions of the outside was "wow" -plantings were gorgeous and I could see the sea. Sad to say there were some issues at check-in with room and amenities booked and the gentleman looking after check-in wasn't very good to deal with which was upsetting. When I made my booking I had several emails back and forth with one of the staff members so I asked to speak to Carolina directly and was very glad she was available. She was friendly and so very accommodating and made sure that the problem was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Whist I was in the reception area waiting, I was able to witness her interaction with other guests -She is amazing and a credit to the hotel-proficient in several languages and with a big smile she makes everyone feel welcome and that they are valued as a guest.

My room was very comfortable with a fantastic view of the sea with a lovely balcony to sit out and enjoy. Spacious well designed bathroom with great toiletries provided.
The room was outfitted with a small bar fridge

A self serve coffee or beverage bar with juices and water might be a nice addition for the hotel to consider in the lobby area for those who rise early and want to get out and enjoy the weather before the 8 am breakfast.

I had booked Breakfast option and I have to admit it was incredible. The huge selection of fruits, meats, eggs etc all in buffet stations beautifully prepared and fresh was a fantastic start to the day. Staff are friendly and helpful and eager to make sure you have everything you need,

Overall, the property is immaculately clean and meticulously cared for. The pool area is a tropical oasis with huge plantings of palms and a fountain adds to the beauty. There are several on-site restaurants, a bar and a spa and many daily activities offered.

Located right on the beach there is a walkway along the waterfront. Shopping and some restaurants are just an easy stroll.

I was there on business and wanted an adults only resort for the quiet atmosphere afforded after a long day.

I would highly recommend this location for a fabulous getaway spot not too far from Palma airport and well worth the trip
