Superb Hotel

5/5 - October, 2018 Tripadvisor

Four of us stayed here this week. Stunning location, beautiful hotel. Friendly & efficient staff. Immaculate throughout. Our rooms were tastefully furnished & decorated. Buffet breakfast had soooo much choice and the views from the diningroom and upper terrace were stunning. The handwritten welcome in each room was a lovely touch. I'd never experienced that in any other hotel i've stayed in. This hotel and it's staff get 10 out of 10 from me.
:)

Excellent

5/5 - September, 2018 Tripadvisor

Wonderful little hotel. Very well run. Best check in ever, so informative and friendly. Hotel seems to have a good managment, every detail is taken care of: staff very friendly and actively helpful, breakfast choice lovely and nicely presented (including option of coffee from bar machine: very nice!), room amenities like water and toiletries, lounge on first floor very cosy and quiet. We had the smallest room, which is very small, but even that was fine for one night. Dinner at restaurant very good, nice menu and good food quality. Idea of 10% off for hotel guests is very appreciated. Only downside: you hear everything from neighbour's room.

Fabulous location on Pine Walk

4/5 - September, 2018 Tripadvisor

Just returned from this lovely little hotel after a holiday with my sister. We paid a hefty premium for the balcony with Seaview and thankfully it was worth it. Other rooms were facing an internal yard or the street at the back of the hotel. There was a handy guests’ lounge and terrace on the second floor with spectacular sea views.
We spent a lot of time on the terrace at the end of the jetty reaching into the sea. Lovely place to enjoy drinks and food.
The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. We tended to carry our breakfast trays out the sea terrace too!!
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was cleaned by a lovely lady every day with new towels and linen provided. The air conditioning system was very good.
I’ve only given the hotel four stars because our room was really quite small. Drawer storage was limited too. The set of stairs up to the lift was difficult with cases and similarly the additional set of stairs to each floor when you came out of the lift. The hotel overall needs some refurbishment.
The location on the famous Pine Walk was superb. We walked along it every night and chose our restaurant for dinner.
Puerto Pollensa is a really classy resort with lots of clothes shops to browse. The marina is huge. We used the local
bus service to visit the old walled town of Alcudia which was stunning. Also we took the bus along to Old Pollensa town. Beautiful place too.
We’ll return some day for sure.

What a gem

5/5 - August, 2018 Tripadvisor

Been to Puerto Pollença many times but never stopped at this hotel before.
What a wonderful hotel this is , the lady on reception was lovely and so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was superb, everything you could ask for on a buffet style .
Our room was very clean , bright and modern . Maid service again was superb.
Really friendly, great hotel , we will definitely visit again .

Wonderful Stay

5/5 - July, 2018 Tripadvisor

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of June. Excellent stay & lovely room with a wonderful sea view & balcony. We were in room 301. All staff very friendly especially the lovely & wonderful Becky she is a real gem, & we loved having a chat with her the days she was working, she is an assett. The breakfasts were truly good with a fantastic selection & I cannot fault any morning especially as we were staying for 2 weeks. We ate a few times at the restaurant & the food was good & the waiters very friendly & efficient. We can’t wait to go back as we love Puerto Pollença & this hotel.

A little gem!

5/5 - July, 2018 Tripadvisor

We booked a three night stay here, based on location. As this hotel is right along the first line, it didn’t disappoint.
This is a clean, attractively decorated hotel. Admittedly it is “no frills”, but the buffet breakfast had a wide variety to suit all needs - and when you can eat it out on a jetty in the Mediterranean does it get any better?
The Residents terrace was a welcome addition, both in views and also capturing the sea breeze.
The Reception staff are lovely and all the staff are friendly and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Remarkable

5/5 - June, 2018 Tripadvisor

Stayed here in June 2018 and have to say that this hotel far exceeds it’s star rating. The staff are brilliant and will go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Our room did not have a sea view, but this did not in any way spoil anything about our stay here. The food here is great, I have never seen such a diverse choice of foods available for breakfast. Would I recommend?.....Yes. At the drop of a hat, and I would also advised pre booking. Well done Hotel Capri and your staff brilliant holiday.

Beautiful hotel

5/5 - May, 2018 Tripadvisor

Stayed here for a week in May.
Absolutely beautiful hotel on the beachfront.
We had breakfast included and were spoiled for choice, we also had the option to eat inside, on the patio or on the private dining area on the jetty with beautiful views.
Really nice menu for evening meals and drinks also.

The room was fresh, clean and comfortable with mini bar, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Free WiFi throughout.

Excellent location for walks, buses etc.
Staff were amazing and could t have been more helpful.
Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, breakfast and staff

5/5 - May, 2018 Tripadvisor

We've just returned from a week at the Hotel Capri. Everything was perfect...

- Hand written welcome note highlighted the service we were going to get.

- Maria was the best! Always said hello, was happy to help and bright and cheerful. Thank you so much for making us welcome every time we walked through the door.

- Sea View room (302) had a great view, able to watch the world go by from the bed first thing in the morning or on the balcony.

- Room was cleaned impeccably once a day.

- Breakfast was self service buffet. Coffee ground in a machine, but also had hand made coffee barista style. Fresh orange juice was great, as was cava. Array of pastries, full English, toast, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, meats etc.

- Seemed to be a few lazy people... We always walked out with our trays of breakfast to the jetty - amazing views, you're sitting in the sunshine, and you can feed your left over bread to the fish swimming below.

- Bike storage - worked well for me, just gave my (hired) bike to reception who store it for you (and bring it back when you ask for it). I also saw some people storing theirs in their rooms, but that's really not necessary.

- We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening, as it is predominantly Italian (we went for Spanish instead). All the food looked great though. Was busy because of the attraction of the jetty (may need to book in high season).

- Rooms are not huge, but perfectly fine for two. And with that view, they feel much bigger!

- Iron available from reception, who'll bring it up to you if required.

- Room safe free to use, as are beach towels from reception.

- Did I mention the view? Pay the extra for the sea views, you really won't regret waking up to it, or having a glass of wine at sunset. Great for people watching too!

Will absolutely return, location is central for all the restaurants in the evening, short walk to parking means no traffic noise at all, perfect!
