Elite World Marmaris Hotel

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and again we couldnt fault it. The manager Mehmet makes you feel so welcome. His attention to detail is excellent. Mustafah the other manager runs the restaurant and bar brilliantly always ensuring the guests are happy, The choose of food at every meal is superb wether we were in the restaurant, snack bar or coffee shop.
I would recommend a superior sea view room. The views are amazing and the beds are huge and so comfortable.
The pool area is spotless at all times and young Mehmet who runs the Palm bar constantly ensures you have everything you need. He works so hard and yet still smiles all the time. He is one of the great staff that make this hotel such a great place to stay.
We are already booked for next year which shows how much we love to stay there.

My friend and I returned from this hotel last night. We have had the most brilliant time there. The Reception staff were so welcoming. The room great. We did ask to be moved after the first night as it was rather noisy from the Bar opposite. We were moved straight away to a room away from this. From the moment we walked into the Restaurant we were looked after so well. Mustafer, the Restaurant Manager, has eyes everywhere ! He doesn't miss a thing whether that be your glass is getting low or there are a few leaves that need sweeping on the floor. All the Staff in the Restaurant were so friendly and we were made to feel so welcome. The food was excellent. Lots of choice. The pool Bar was excellent too, nothing too much trouble and very attentive. We spoke a fair bit with the Manager also, Mehmet, who also has eyes and ears to every detail. Would I go to this Hotel again .............. definitely with no hesitation at all. Go and enjoy :-)

My friend and I have recently returned home from the beautiful Elite World hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by Dogan and an older colleague, even though it was in the early hours of the morning. We cannot fault the reception staff who were very friendly and professional. A special mention to Gizem and Emel, what lovely young ladies. Thanks to Caner, Mehmet and Dogan (Dodo) who were also lovely. A big thank you to the waiters, especially to our attentive waiter, Serhad, who always made sure we had what we needed and was always a pleasure. Aytekin at the bar was also very friendly and helpful. All of the staff we came into contact with made our holiday memorable and are a credit to the hotel.
The hotel was always spotless and well managed. It was nice that the general manager made himself known to us and spared the time to introduce himself and have a chat. This hotel is an international hotel with a diverse clientele so there wasn’t a lot of English people, which wasn’t a problem for us.
There were a couple of areas that could have been improved on; the WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms or around the pool area, we had to go to the lobby area to get good reception. When you visit the beach there is no drinks service, so you have to walk back to the bar, it would have been better if a waiter visited the beach to take drink orders every so often.
During our stay there was a 10 year old child who arrived with her parents, we did enquire as to why, as this is an adult only hotel. We were told it was the child of politician who was staying for a few days. We understand this may be a difficult situation for the hotel to refuse, but it would have been thoughtful of the management to put a note under the other guests door to explain the situation.
Over all the hotel was fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending it. I will definitely be looking forward to returning in the near future.
